APPLICATIONS
Paraboiling of paddy as name states is a hydrothermal process in which the starch granules within rice grain is gelatinized by the application of steam & hot water .The process offers several advantages . Such as increased yield of head rice,increases self life of the grain , resistance towards fungus , rodents & insects ,improved nutrition value of rice , resistance to infestation during storage, above alllower broken as compared to raw rice & induction of good cooking characterstics .Thus increases profits to rice mills .Our parboiling & drying plants are made of prime & tested material of first quality .Sturdy made simply built ensure troublefree operation and better uniform quality.

RICE CONE POLISHER

APPLICATIONS
One of the most significant feature of Indian rice is its length , wether it may be basmati , sharbati or pr11 . Indian preference will always be oriented towards the long basmati type look of the rice . Now a days many vertical & high speed polishers of different makers are there in Indian market but the most suitable technology for Indian conditions is only the cone polisher theory.

OPERATION
After paddy separation , the brown rice is fed to the polishers for the removal of Outer brane layer . An abrasion process does the polishing . Generally 2 , 3 or 4 polishers in series are there in process . The no. & size of polishers used are determined for the kind & variety of brown rice. The profitability & viability of a rice mill largely depends upon the working of polishing section. The objective of the rice miller is to obtain the maximum percentage of the full rice with a minimum percentage of broken and removal of lesser brane & the desire shine & luster of rice.

PADDY SEPERATOR

APPLICATION
This paddy separator is known for its compact design low energy consumption and high output. This model is most suitable model for the individually motorized plants. It consists of 2 different chambers , each chamber is complete unit itself . The steady motion of central crank makes both the chamber move clockwise and anticlockwise respectively . The special architecture of this separator forces the rice being heavy on inclined portion and paddy lifts towards higher end being less denser .

PADDY SEPERATOR OSCILLATING TYPE

This is ultimate paddy separator with lowest energy & consumption , separates in 3 stages ( brown rice , brown rice + paddy , paddy ).

GRADERS AND SIZERS

GRADERS(length wise graders)

These are simply designed but accurately built to perform the function of separation of undersized from the longer rice. These graders are available in various combinations. These are meant for separation of under length rice from full length rice; whether the rice is or or less. Our Graders are provided with special indented cylinders which have maximum and uniform dimples per sq. ft for maximum accuracy and production. The working of a grader is importantly affected by its revolutions. A helical gear box is provided to decrease the running load and instant start and helps in avoiding the variation in revolutions of graders while the load of material increases or decreases. Unique provision of in line 7 ball bearings ensures smooth running of the grader. A large tray made of heavy sheet is provided inside the grader to collect every single grain, which is lifted by the dimples. The angle of the tray can be adjusted to alter the amount of brokens to be mixed with full- length rice. Cyclone and Blower can be provided if required.

BLOWERS

INTRODUCTION
Centrifugal Blowers are of high efficiency with easy maintenance. These industrial centrifugal blowers are robust, welded, sheets/plates reinforced with angle iron frame. Suction side is provided with wire gauge to meet all relevant safety standards.

CYCLONE

CYCLONE
In Cyclone Separator dusty air is introduced at the top of a cyclone separator through the inlet pipe located tangentially to the cylindrical portion. The gases, then move downwards in a whirling motion, forming a peripheral vortex and giving rise to centrifugal forces, resulting in a throwing of the dust particles towards the walls, which then move downwards into the hopper and are removed through the draw - off pipe. The gases, after reaching the end of the conical portion change direction and move upwards towards the outlet, forming an inner vortex in this upward movement of gases against gravity, more dust particles are separated and fall into a conical hopper for subsequent removal.

INTRODUCTION
Elevators - Perfectly designed to lift all sorts of grains and likewise products. Trunks manufactured from high class Sheets. Best quality bearings are there in it. PADDY CLEANER

GRAINS CLEANING MACHINE

Cleaning of grains is the most important aspect & process of all Plants. Since Indian grains bundles along with a huge amout of immature grains, dust, straw, stones and other impurities. The removal of impurities makes the next processes in rice milling more efficient and ensures better quality and reduces the chances of break down in the plant.

G.F. PADDY CLEANER

This particular model of paddy cleaner has the specialization to separate immature grains, dust, straw and other impurities from paddy along-with separation of rice broken which are created by combine harvesters. ROTARY PADDY CLEANER

To remove different type of foreign material from paddy, this rotary is specially designed to give more & displacement to paddy while cleaning. This machine hanged on one side and rotated in the other side. That's why it shakes the paddy better than any other available cleaner. Apart to this an aspiration channel removes all the immature grain and light impurities from paddy. This machine is available in 4 to 8 tonne paddy per/hour cleaning capacity models.

PNEUMATIC PADDY DE-HUSKER

APPLICATIONS
After cleaning , the husk from paddy is removed by rubber roll de-husker using Rubber rolls . The simple mechanism and tuff constructions of dehuskers insures trouble free service due to minimized vibrations in working .

OPERATION
Paddy is fed to the machine through paddy bins after cleaning . The variation of RPM between both the rubber rolls dehusks the paddy , which gives better and maximum output of the rubbers due to its unique ratio in revolution of rubbers .

SILKY RICE MACHINE

INTRODUCTION
To remove from the surface of white rice loose bran and dust that remains after the whitening process; increasing the degree of shine and polish to the rice. An upgrade of the appearance, quality and storage life milled rice minimum weight loss. (0.1-2%) Low volumes (<30 litr/hr) of pure water automized by pressurised clean air is injected through the polishing rollers removing the bran & dust particles; giving the rice a high lustre finish. Restores uniform moiture contents to overdried rice. (Approx-1%) Feeding rolls, shining rollers & screen components are hardened and surfaced with nickel-chromium for durability and hygiene. An automatic control moisture injection system prevent moiture injection into an empty polishing chamber before rice enters the chamber, on startup when the feed ceases, and in the event of unexpected machine shut down. Fine broken and head rice that pass through the screen is collected separate from the bran.

APPLICATION
It is designed for quality and production of white rice .

OPERATION
After separation rice is fed by screw to the processing chamber having vertical abrassive wheels consists of emry made of silicon carbide from top to bottom. Working principle which has approven to achive the highest head of rice yield. Whitening intensity can be controlled by adjusting the gap between emry stones & screens or the counter pressure of the retaining gate .
