There will be a Christmas service, led by Dr. David Murray, on Tuesday, December 25 at 9:30 AM. The Sunday school Christmas program will take place after the service. There will be no Sunday school/catechism classes on Sunday December 30, due to the Christmas break. The consistory would like to thank the congregation for its interest and attendance last Wednesday evening at our information meeting regarding the proposed call to Dr. David Murray. The Question and Answer information letter we reviewed at that meeting is available in the narthex for those who were unable to attend. The Deacons are planning to host a Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University class starting January 15, 2013. FPU is a biblically based curriculum that teaches people how to handle money in Gods way. In 9 lessons, youll learn to take control of your money, invest for the future, and give like never before! The Sunday School & Catechism classes (beginners 7 grade) will have Christmas program practice today and next Sunday morning. All the students in these classes are asked to stay upstairs today. The songs of the month are the Christmas program songs. Please review with your child(ren).

Christian Ministry to Israel is pleased that we can present our upcoming tour to Israel, April 16-27, 2013, The Lord willing. Rev. J. Word & Deed Update - Over 60% of Indias population of 1.2 billion people are a part of either the Tribal or Dalit (untouchable) people groups that are disdained by Indian society. In many cases, they live separate from civilization and development, often mired in deep poverty. Through evangelism programs and Christian childrens homes, our partner COUNT Ministries is bringing the Gospel to these people. God has used their efforts to bring thousands to a saving faith in Him. Please pray for COUNT and those they serve. Pray that their faith will grow and that the gospel will continue to spread.
