DECEMBER 23rd OUR BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN WILL BE JOINING US IN SERVICE to perform some Christmas songs. The kids have been hard at work during the Planet Zero hour practicing their songs. Be sure to bring your camera on the 23rd! JOIN US FOR CHRISTMAS SERVICE HERE AT GILEAD. Christmas Eve service will be Monday, December 24th at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium. Come, bring your family and friends to celebrate Christs birth! WMF WILL BE MEETING at the home of Vivian Mosher Tuesday Dec. 18, 2012 at 7:00 pm. Ladies please bring cookies or candy for the gift exchange. We will be picking a gift for the Friends Mission from the Christmas Catalog that was in the bulletin a few weeks ago. On behalf of the 4819 boys and girls who were reached with the gospel through the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship of MARCK Morrow, Ashland, Richland, Crawford, & Knox Counties (including 343 salvation decisions) during this past year, CEF wants to Thank You Gilead Friends Church for your part in the Coins 4 Kids project. We praise the Lord for the $9643.12 we received from the 31 churches involved as of Nov. 26th and for your contribution of $229.89. WE HAVE SOME EXCITING THINGS COMING UP! CHILDRENS Suspendisse CHURCH potenti. Planet Zero is our children's worship time for grades
K-5. The children are usually dismissed to go up to the chapel after the opening musical numbers and greeting time. We enjoy fun worship music of our own, along with lessons, skits and sometimes games and snacks. Parents then pick children up after the worship service is over. - NO PLANET ZERO TODAY Stars is a class for children ages 3-PreK. The preschoolers are dropped off in the Stars room next to the nursery at the beginning of worship. We offer lessons, crafts, games and snacks. Children younger than 3 or those not able to handle a story time or working on small projects should be taken to the nursery. - Teachers: Lexie and Kelly Hinkle
