HR Infotech Association (HRIA) is an association of HR Professionals in IT & ITES Industry. It was formed in the year 1995 followed by registration as Trust in the year 2002-03. It is a premier institution engaged in promoting HR practices in Indian IT & ITES sector. HRIA interactive sessions have the credit of uniting & engaging over thousands of HR professionals in last 16 years on a single platform to share and learn the practical approach of various critical & relevant IT & ITES HR Practices, Challenges & issues.

# One of the most highly regarded IPS officers in India, with an illustrious career spanning several postings during his 35 years of service. He has dedicated his life to the eradication of corruption and organised crime and is renowned for his use of strategy & intelligence to uphold the rule of law. He is the driving force behind Securus First, where he actively oversees & advises case teams during investigations. # Retired as the Director General of Police (DGP), Maharashtra state in March, 2011. Served as Commissioner of Police, Mumbai after the 26/11 attacks and was responsible for building up a worldclass anti-terrorism mechanism. Served as Commissioner of Police of Nagpur city and Thane city. Appointed as the State Commissioner for Intelligence. 6 years in the Mumbai Crime Branch as Add Commissioner of Police Crime and Jt Commissioner of Police - Crime (1993-1995 & 1998-2001). # He is credited with having broken the back of the underworld that was at its peak. # Joint Director of the CBI, West Zone, from 2001 - 2004. Deputy Inspector General of the Nagpur range, focused on anti-Naxal operations. Deputy Director of the Intelligence Bureau from 1987-1993. DCP, Pune & Superintendent of Police, Satara and Sindudurgh. # Recipient of the Presidents Distinguished Service Medal, 2000 as well as the Meritorious Service Medal, 1993 and the Internal Security Medal, 1998. Most recently, He has been a member of the special task force in the National Security Council Secretariat (PMO) for revamping Indias internal & external national security measures. # Mr. Sanjeev Parida, Senior Vice President HR with Tech Mahindra Ltd. and is presently responsible for HR operations of the company globally. He handles the complete life cycle of Tech Mahindra employees and also chalks out HR strategies, systems, processes and policies for the company. He is also a key member of the top management team running day to day business operations and also spearheading targeted business growth. # He is also deeply involved in mergers and acquisitions undertaken by Tech Mahindra in recent times, the major ones being acquisitions of Satyam Computers (now rechristened Mahindra Satyam) and Comviva.
