WHAT DOES FACE DO?


FACE (Focus Academy for Career Enhancement) is a premium employability enhancement skill development enterprise designed to cater to the vast and different needs of todays student and corporate community. We have two business verticals that focus on two distinct customer segments Educational Institutions and Corporate Organizations. At Educational Institutions, through tie-ups we offer comprehensive skill-development programs covering aptitude, communication skills, soft-skills and technical skills to students. For corporate organizations we assist in recruitment and entry level training, again through tie-ups.

Job Description: Business Development Manager


Develop an understanding of the FACE engagement model, training products and allied services Work with the Business Head of respective state and handle Business Development efforts both new client acquisition and existing client servicing in assigned region Create and execute a well-defined market entry strategy for geographic expansion into assigned region Identified markets include Chennai, Madurai , Bangalore, Kerala, Upcountry Karnataka and various parts of Andhra Pradesh. Solicit tie-ups with Colleges for meeting their training requirements Engage in business intelligence and competitor mapping to understand the businesses of competitors and design BD strategies to clearly differentiate FACE Overall be a champion for the FACE brand in assigned region
Job Location: Respective Region (Kerala/Bangalore/ Chennai/ Madurai/ Various Parts of A.P)

Eligibility Criteria:
M.B.A specialization - marketing Minimum 60% score across School (SSC, HSC), Graduation and Post Graduation with no history of backlogs through-out education. Knowledge of the local language (Malayalam/Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu) is a must. Candidates without local language competency can be considered if exceptional.

COMPENSATION
Total Compensation Rs 5 Lakhs per annum Base Compensation: Rs 3 Lakhs per annum for freshers, slightly more can considered for candidates with relevant (business development) work experience. Incentives: Upto Rs 2 Lakhs per annum based on performance and achievement of assigned targets In addition all business expenses incurred (travel, stay outside base location, phone expenses etc) will be reimbursed by the company.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This is a Dream Offer i.e once the student accepts the offer he must sign out of the campus placement process As part of joining formality 2 year Service Agreement to signed and original certificates to be submitted There will be a 3 month probation during which Rs 15,000 per month stipend will be paid. Post the probation period on final confirmation the full salary package + incentives will kick in
