Do you see the importance of the Holy Spirits help in Bible Study? ________ Read 1 Corinthians 2:14 9. What indicates that active systematic study is very beneficial? Proverbs 2:1-5.

Notice the action words: seek, search, understand, find. Notice we are to seek as for silver for hidden treasure. The person who seeks treasure needs strong motivation, tools, and a chart of action. This means that a systematic study of the word, with proper tools is very important. People who ignore the content of a passage and the original intent of the writer will misinterpret the Word and be misguided. Are you willing to study the Word systematically and intelligently? _________ 10. What example did the Christian Bereans set for us? Acts 17:11
