    What to Report in Column (A): Identify the CPI Team in which the mileage applies What to report in Column (B): The total combined mileage for the following journeys: Journeys between contractor base (off CPI premises) and CPI premises Journeys for rotational personnel that occur between their rotational sleeping quarters (located off CPI premises) and CPI premises What to Report in Column (C): The total combined mileage for the following journeys: Journeys on CPI premises Journeys between CPI premises What to report in Column (D): Total of Column (B) + Column (C) Definition for CPI Premises: The physical boundaries of CPI premises generally begin at the site entrance and include the area inside the fence, however, not all areas have a physical fence and entrance. Therefore, the definition of CPI premises includes: Boundaries of the residence camps and their associated industrial bases located at: Rumbai, Minas, Duri, Dumai, Bekasap, Bangko, Balam, Petapahan/Kotabatak; and Boundaries of individual CPI oil and/or gas fields, where access control is establised, within the Rokan and Siak Blocks
