THE JOURNAL OF BORDERLAND RESEARCH BSRA No. 1: Published by Borderland Sciences Research Foundation, Inc., PO Box 548, Vista, California 92083, U.SA. Edited by the Director, Riley Hansard Crabb, Doctor of Metaphysics in the Society of St. Luke the Physician.

The Journal is published six issues a year with the assistance of the Associates, at the Director's home, 1103 Bobolink Drive, Vista. It is mimeographed, 36 pages an issue. The Foundation was incorpor ated under California law, May 21, 1951, #254263, and has been in continuous existence since then. Address all correspondence to the PO box. The Journal is included in the Association membership of $6.00 a year. Single copies and Back issues ot the Journal are now $T.25. If you dont care to join you may receive the Journal by donating $6 a year or more to the Foundation. The Directors wife, Ms. Judith Crabb, is office manager and Secretary-Treasurer. This is a non-profit organization of people who take an active interest in unusual happenings along the borderland between the visible and invisible worlds. In the words of the late Meade Layne, founder and director of BSRA from 1946 to 1959: "BSRA publications are scientific in approach but employ few technical expressions. They deal with significant phenomena which orthodox science cannot or will not investigate. For example: The Fortean falls of objects from the sky, Teleportation, Radiesthesia, PK effects, Underground Races, Mysterious Dis appearances, Occult and Psychic Phenomena, Photography of the Invis ible, Nature of the Ethers and the problem of the Aeroforms (Flying Saucers). In the year 1946 BSRA obtained an interpretation of the phenomena which since has come to be known as the Etheric or 4-D interpretation, and which has not been radically altered since that time. This continues to be the only explanation which makes good science, sound metaphysics and common sense." The chief present concern of the Foundation is to make this kind of unusual information available as a public service at reasonable cost. Headquarters acts as a receiving, coordinating and distributing center. An important part of the Directors work is to give recog nition, understanding and encouragement to people who are having unusual experiences of the borderland type and/or are conducting research in one or more bf the above fields. For consultation on borderland problems, or for Spiritual Healing through prayer, write or phone (714-724-2043) for help or for an appointment. Donations toward Foundation research programs and expenses are welcome. The 22-page list of BSRA publications is available from Headquarters for 50c in coin or stamps. This includes miraeo brochures on border land subjects, tape recordings of Mr. Crabbs lectures and of members of the Inner Circle, talking through trance-medium Mark Probert. THE INTERNATIONAL DEVA

We are the mighty Brotherhood of Teace and Evolution, Ensouled first through the great mind of Him Who is Himself the reflection of a higher will, The Planetary Lord, the Silent Watcher; He who hath sacrificed Himself that we and you, 0 men, May be protected from those cosmic energies Which, unchecked, would sweep us to destruction. Remote we dwell, symbols of divine prescience of thought without emotion. We discern the activities of earth as fluctuating currents of light and sound; As fine threads which we draw together and interweave Into the sacred pattern we have been shown by Him who guides us all. We strive ever for unity, harmonizing the conflicting vibrations which emanate From each separate Nation according to its stage upon the rungs of progress. We work through those, our lesser Brethren, their guide?, Who, nearer to man, ensouled by his own thought, reveal to us the trend of his development, And act as intermediaries, drawing to him the energies he needs from out our heart, Leading him ever on to comprehend our will, our work, our aims. We it is who magnetize those centres where the sons of men foregather To evolve methods of international cooperation, to seek our paths of peace. And to inaugurate reforms and laws to benefit mankind. From the regenerating flame of their desire, we create the harmony necessary to their ends. *Tis we who inspire the minds of their great men -- bright lights shining through chaos Who, in response to our divine vibrations, invoke, through visions of progress, our power. We endeavour to transmute the errors and the fears, the conflicts and confusions Which arise through man's own blindness, into ultimate benefit, bringing swift retribution That he may learn to associate Cause and Effect and Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 1

recognize that evil and destruction breed nought but dissolution. And love and harmony alone will lead him toward the perfect State. Of which his leaders and his seers dream. Thus do we ever seek to draw all men into our own Brotherhood Revealing to them the foolishness of separation and racial prejudice, Necessary to the young but fatal curse on older nations who must learn to live in bonds of harmony or perish. 'Tis we, who, at this time, are striving to unite the spiritual wisdom of the East to those fine qualities of lower mind The West hath now developed. For until East and West can comprehend each other's thought, Until the barriers of Race and Creed are down, and all men know that Truth is one; Until each country hath passed through the hot fires of experience and mastered its own control, Finding its unity within and realizing that each one is part of all; Until that time peace cannot reign on earth. For discord lies, like to a snake, hidden within the tangled growth of separateness. We are all One. Ye Nations of the earth, ye are the limbs, the organic forces, the dense body Of the Planetary Lord. \<hilst ye remain in this fell state of discord and war t perpetually the one against the other, Ye set up spiritual diseases, cancers, poisons, within the body of Him, your great Father, Who, incorporating mankind, hath sacrificed Himself To raise you to His own transcendent height And thus by you He serves is held from further progress. For know that all things, even the mightiest Beings advance inevitably toward some higher goal, Through harmony striving towards perfection. From atom to god, the Law repeats itself in ever widen ing circles. Through harmony alone can Nations grow; through arts and sciences, through music, through spiritual vision; Those higher potencies in man which rise ever superior To the illusory barriers of race or creed or speech, As the pure mountain heights serenely stand above the confusion of the valley's life. Only through fuller comprehension and acceptance of these immutable laws Can race combine with race. For these laws are our very essence; Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 2

They are the majestic rhythm of the Thought divine; bright gleams from that ineffable Source which flows toward at-one-ment. Through us, who work as one, its harmonies, the pri. _ mordial Songs of the creative Sons of Love, . Are ever poured into the minds of those who can contact u s . . . . . 0 man, strive then to rend the veil which hides us still; Aspire towards perfection, unity of purpose and of ThoughtI Then will all men, all nations, every Race, sounding out each his own perfected chord, Unite in one transcendent symphony. And we will blaze forth in glory blending our Note with yours, . Bringing you bliss and love supernal, drawing you upward on mighty chords of sound, Higher and higher, till the Apex reached, Perfected man unites with his Great Self And passes on beyond the Portals To another Scheme And to another Dawn. COOPERATION IN SP/CE POSSIELE Mosrow, Dec. 4, 1971 (LA "Times1 ) - "U.S. and Soviet space experts 5 are discussing the possibility of a joint Amei'ican-Soviet test space mission as part of the growing effort to cooperate in exploring the vast reaches beyond the earth, it was reported Friday. But just when^and if the possibility may be turned into an actual cooperative mission is not known. The answer may come within two months when the U.S. and Soviet negotiators are expected to announce the results of the current negotiations. . . " OTHER FLYING SAUCERS AROUND MARS? Los Angeles, Nov. 3, 1971 (LA :Times: ) - fMariner 9 lost sight of the t ' i guide star Canopus Tuesday but the Mavs-bound spacecraft (Flying Sau cer) regained its celestial reference point after a five-hour emer gency that may have been caused by a micrometeoroid hit. Preliminary assessment indicated the windmill-like probe may have been jolted rrom its stable attitude by a streaking particle of space dust or per haps distracted by reflected lght from such a particle.' .hat Times writer Marvin Miles didn't say was that the distract ing light could have been from another Flying Saucer out there, 130 million miles from the sun. Actually, this could have been Guardian activity to save Mariner 9 from the same fate which lost two Russian space probes there previously. Our space consciousness must be ex panded with pictures of the Martian moons, Phobos and Deimos. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 3

THE SHAPE OF LOVE TO COME Clips, Quotes & Comments By the Editor "Dear Abby: More than 25 years ago I rescued two battered, unV7anted babiev; from a 20-year-old mother and a cruel 22-year-old step father. The young mother tried to force her mother to take them, but her mother had a large family and refused to take on an added burdem. (The boyes were 2 and 3 at the time). Finally the young mother put them out, and told them never to come back into that wretched little apartment over someone's garage. "TTien darkness fell a neighbor told me that these children were huddled on her back steps, like abandoned puppies, dirty, hungry and asleep. I took the boys and asked their mother to let me keep them and she agreed gladly with no more emotion than one would show giving away some unwanted kittens. She promised to make the break clean and to never contact them in any way. The town was so bitter toward her and her husband, they left town. "The older boy has been a trial and a heartbreak to us. I took him to psychiatrists and psychologists. They all told me that his personality was damaged by his early mistreatments. He was hysteri cally nervous, a chronic bed-wetter, prone to steal, and a victim of screaming nightmares. He spent 10 months in a juvenile ward in a state psychiatric institution, which didn't seem to help him. The younger boy did better, spending four years in the Air Force. He married a nice little girl (I'll call her Anna) and they moved in i7 vith us. While my husband and I were on vacation a few months ago, their natural mother came to town and looked the boys up. Anna became very friendly with her, and now the shocker. Anna and her husband have just become parents of a baby girl, whom they named for that woman! I was stunned, crushed and amazed. We have signed notes for them, given them money, and treated them as our own children. Please ask a psychiatrist, why, why, WHY?" NUMB Why? Because this planet is over-loaded with billions of souls without love, ethics or morals; and as long as they are allowed to breed in the uncontrolled fashion of the..past and the present there will be no change or improvement in the world, regardless of what is done to improve things by men and women of good will. From an old book, The Wisdom of God Displayed in the Works of the Creation and republished under his own name by L.W. de Laurence 1, in 1915, we have these pointed observations by the Creator: "Of the foundations of the resurrections of thy soul, there are two kinds; one, which dealeth with those already b o m , and the other, with such as are not yet b o m . Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 4

For, after thou has purified theyself as to flesh and spirit, tv/o conditions are open to thee, celibacy and marriage. To such as are by nature, inclined to celibacy, let them rejoice; for, in not having offspring, they Shall have less bondage after death to remain in lower grades, and to return to the earth, to their kindred. It is a great glory, for them to make themselves Brides and Bridegrooms to the Great Spirit, to be His for righteousness' sake. But, as to thee, who desireth marriage pursue, through thou the same course as to purity and holiness of person, as to thine own resur rection. For, in this, thou shalt be graded also, according to what thou dost. The delight of thy Creator, who hath dominion over both the earth and spirit, is to witness the birth of such as come from the pure in flesh and pure in spirit. In likeness of the father and mother are all children born into the world; and every child is a new creation, quickened into life by the presence of the Creator, Tho is the All Life. If thou art pure in flesh, thy child shall be pure; and, if thou art pure in spirit, thy child shall be pure in. spirit. If thou art a flesh-eater, a drinker of strong drink, and a user of narcotics, thy child shall come forth with thy contaminations upon it. Consider, then, what thy grade shall be, which shall be accord ing to thy heirs, as to their grade in the place where they are born. As to whether thou encumberest the world with progeny lower in grade, or liftest up the world by progeny of an exalted grade. Be wise as to the selection of thy partner, as to purity and righteousness. But be not deceived by such as eat no flesh merely, for the purification of the corporeal body is but half the matter. Look for one who is pure in spirit. Whoso is pure in flesh and in spirit shall bring forth heirs unto resurrection, which shall be little or no bondage to the spirit, after death. But whoso marrieth for the earth only, shall bring forth heirs of bondage. And profligacy and debauchery and sin shall come upon the heirs of that marriage. The spirits of such fathers and mothers shall fall in the grades in spirit life; and long will be their bondage in hada. Flesh-eaters seek their partners according to the impulse of the flesh, as to the temptation thereof, or according to riches, or caste, all of which are earthly considerations and for themselves only, and in no regards as to what their heirs will be. And their offspring come forth in darkness; they are void of aspiration, and dumb as to the voice of Wisdom. They go about saying: I see no ALL PERSON. I hear not the 0NSEEN. Nay, I believe not that any man hath seen or heardof spirit life. Herein was it revealed to thee of old: Some are born of the beast, and some are b o m of the spirit. Which I declare unto thee, 0 man, is the interpretation of all the poverty and crime and war and licentiousness there is in the world. This is the foundation-head, which Divine Wisdom would bring

} to the understanding of all people. But there are many, even hun dreds of millions that cannot be made to appreciate this. Nevertheless the kingdom of peace and righteousness shall not cover the earth over until this is understood by all men and women. Whoso understandeth this, let him wed accordingly; and let such people be as societies to themselves. In this day, no mark of cir cumcision is required; but men and women shall converse on the ways of the Creator understandingly. And when thou hast children b o m unto thee, thou shalt more con sider the place of thy habitation, as to temptation, than thy domin ion over them. To dwell in a city, which is full of iniquity thou shalt be a tyrant over thy heirs, restraining them from liberty in order to keep them from vice. And in this thou will be a sinner also. But dwell thou in a place of purity, and give into them liberty and nobleness. They shall not be thy slaves. In this matter thou takest upon thyself a new grade, according o thy heirs and thy God-ship over them. Be cautious in thy proceedings. He who created thee alive, gave thee no sinful desires. Because thou art not yet a completed man, these things are. Thou shalt find joy in thy talents, and profit in the wisdom of thy soul (God). To perfect thyself is a great glory; to raise up sons and daugh ters who are also perfect, is a ten-fold greater glory. For, it is the fullness of the life thy Creator gave into thy keeping; which is the glory of spirit and earth life. POPULATION CONTROL The above guidelines by the All Present Creator were laid down about a hundred years ago, apparently; but only in the past few years has the magnitude of the problem become so obvious that it can no longer be ignored by anyone *- except perhaps by the Pope and his prize collection of spiritual has-beens in Rome! A good example of the intelligent person awakened to this pres sing need to decrease the quantity and improve the quality of man kind is actress Shirley MacLaine. She made her position clear when she addressed the annual senior class dinner at Yale University in December. She urged the students to get involved in political ac tion if they want to change things for the better in this country, but equally important was concern for the personal values of love and kindness. Beyond that was the absolute necessity of achieving population control . 'If you dont turn it around, w e re not going to have a country, she told the Yale students. "And if we dont have a country we're not going to have a planet.f ' The force by which the Creator is bringing this turn-around is the Women's Liberation Movement at the physical level. At the higher Jan-Feb 1972 RR, page 6 '

level one of the guiding geniuses surely is Mary, the mother of . Jesus. Long has the Goddess of the Christian Trinity been working for the upliftment of the women of the world. At long last her ef forts are really bearing fruit. LICENSED PARENTS One of the most obvious ways by which population vzill be de creased and the quality of children improved is the licensing of parents by the state. Sociologist Leo Davids of Canada's York University sees this as occurring by 1990! "Now that contraceptive technology has made reproduction a mat ter of choice, not accident, York predicts that childbearing can be subjected to community control and that society eventually will train and license people it deems suitable to be parents. Contraceptives have not been a matter of choice for Irish women -- except for those who could afford to buy them on the black market controlled by the Irish mafia! So early this year member's of the Irish Women's Lib went up to Protestant Belfast and bought armloads of contraceptives. They came back to Dublin on the train, ready to thumb their noses at the Church. When the customs officials refused to let the gals bring their goods through, they defied the Popish laws by tossing the contraband over the fence to their sisters in bondage to male domination. Even in Italy, the home of the Church, politicians are yielding to the pressure of the Creator's will. The first halting steps toward control of the population have been made last year. Of course the Italian Catholics have been forced to ignore the Vatican because of the staggering and unmanageable inci~ease in population. On March 17, 1971 laws prohibiting the circulation of information about birth control were ruled unconstitutional by the Italian Constitutional Court. The laws had been on the books since the early 1930s when Mussolini and the Pope wanted hordes of bigoted religious fanatics to carry out their dreams of world power. Italy's present-day Con stitutional Judges even spoke of concern for 'the health of women*' in allowing the public promotion of contraceptives. Women's Lib points out that these oppressive laws xvere thought up, approved, passed and enforced by men! And when a woman chooses to fight this oppression, as did Margaret Sanger here in the United States for over a generation, she finds herself arrested by men, charged, tried and judged by men, and kept in a prison operated by men. Is it any wonder that thinking, intelligent women are finally organizing in protest? Demanding a voice in these matters pertain ing to their personal lives? The abortion laws on the books of the states and the nations were also written by men. Here in California they were written by Catholic priests, and a part of Canon (Church) law before California became a state. This is true of France, also, where the'nationIwas Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 7

stunned by a shocking revelation in 1971. Over 200 prominent women publicly admitted to having abortions! And these women were prom inent in the theater, the arts, science and letters. Women's Lib in Europe and the world took a giant step forward at this public scorn of man made laws. Thousands upon thousands of women have been jailed "for having abortions, but where is the brave man who stepped forward to share her guilt and her jail sentence, for having impregnated her and encouraged her to break the lav/? THEN THERE IS PROSTITUTION romen's Lib in New York has come up with the solution to this old profession, arrest and penalize the John's who are the prosti tute's customers! At a December symposium they decided also that all man made laws against prostitution be repealed. Prostitution is not a victimless crime. There is a victim -- the woman; ' Said one of the panelists: The woman provides a service for the man, but rarely even gets to keep the money she earns. She is then arrested by a man and taken to court where man-made laws are interpreted and enforced by men." Another Libber pointed out that while several thousand prosti tutes were arrested, fined and/or jailed in 1970, only 70 men were arrested for prostitution; but none of these New York Citystude or homos were jailed, because of "lack of corroborative evidence' . The ladies were not interested in trying to legalize prostitu tion, but they did want to see an end to the world s oldest oppres sion" by equalizing the guilt.-- or at least the responsibility before the law. Sociologist Leo Davids attributes much of power of the libera tion movement to boys and girls going to school together. "Once the schools had instituted coeducation, male dominance was doomed," he wrote in ,Futurist" the Journal of the World Future Society. f Romantic love for the sake of producing children will be out, and romantic love for the sake of companionship will be in. "Child bearing xtfill be subject to community control -- because of improve ments in the science of contraception -- and "society will train and license people it deems suitable to be parents". He sees the traditional ways of dating and courtship on their way out "as computers screen each other's interests, intelligence, educational background, religious beliefs and recreation prefer ences". Then Davids enumerates the reasons why society will have to assume control of reproduction of the species to improve it, he merely echoes the Voice of the Creator quoted at the beginning of this article. Current trends toward strict control are develop ing because of "the rising incidence of battered and neglected chil dren and increasing awareness (on the part of thinking people) of the early-childhood roots of serious crime and delinquency' thus society will have to see to it "that early socialization occurs under favorable circumstances" to reduce the quantity and improve Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 8

the quality of the children born. This New Age trend is already being revealed in the papers for 1972. DECLINE OF THE WEST(ERN) BIRTHRATE Paris (AP) Jan. 7, 1972 -- "Birthrates, dropping nearly everywhere in Europe, have sunk below the replacement level in seven countries, including two in the Eastern Bloc. Three other countries are fast approaching the level of zero population growth. . . France is sponsoring far-reaching population studies as part of its policy to raise the birthrate. . . Births are not keeping up with deaths in West Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Portugal in the West, and Czechoslovakia and Hungary in the East. Approaching the zero population growth level are Switzerland, Austria and East Germany.: Sacramento (AP) Jan. 9, 1972 -- 'California, often a trend setter, reports a decline in 1971 in the number of marriages and births. Preliminary counts indicate births dropped nearly 6% in 1971 compared with a 4% decline nationwide, said Dr. Arthur C. Hollister, chief of the state Public Health Dept's Bureau of Health Intelligence. The state's population increased about 550,000 in that time. For the first time since 1954, the nation's biggest state in^population -- with 20 million residents -- had an absolute decline in the number of marriages performed. . . Although it is too early to tell whether the reversal of California's usually climbing birth rate and marriage rates will continue, there are significant nationwide social and economic implications, Hollister says. . . ,Along with national : demographers, we can speculate that wider use of family planning, availability of contraceptive techniques and liberalized abortion laws have affected both the California and national birth rate.'1 THE "LIBERATION" OF 1917 Russian women were ; liberated: in 1917, theoretically; but two , i generations of trial and error have not achieved a balance of rela tionships between men and women there yet; they have only revealed more clearly the old problems. Georgie Ann Geyer, of the Chicago Daily News" visited Russia last summer and here are some of the things she learned from liberated Russian women. "First, there is the matter of babies. Russia's emancipated women, it seems, dont want many of them, preferring to use their new freedom and affluence to travel and buy the consumer goods they've wanted for so long. 'Working women have a terrible need for free time.1 said Vladimir Kolobkov, noted sociologist at Kiev State Uni versity, 'and children demand a lot of time. One child is enough to express the family's feelings.' But one chilcl -- and that today is the norm in European Russia -- is not enough to reproduce the population," Nor is it enough to satisfy the power-mad ambitions of the Lemurians who are running Russia! Brezhnev and company are seriously concerned about the refusal of Russian women to bear more cannon fodder for the wars they are planning. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 9

THE HARRIED WOMAN'S SIXTEEN HOUR DAY "Russian women are exasperated with their men, writes Miss Geyer. "They have child care centers, equal pay and equal advance ment, But do they have equality, they're asking, when they work 16 hours a day between house and job and their husbands work only eight? Which is to say that Russian men dont help at home. 'I came into our school one morning,' said an English teacher in Kiev, 'and one of our teqchers was sitting there sobbing. She said, 'Maybe it was better under the Czar. At least then we didn't have to do every thing i' Apparently the Russian man is no different from the average American who wants to come home from work, sit on his ass with a glass of beer or vodka and watch TV. Meanwhile his wife tries to catch up on housework and get reacquainted with the kids. Of course the ambitious, thoughtful man doesn't do this; but here is one of the major reasons why there are no women in positions of real power in Russia. , In 1970 only three of the powerful party Central Committees 5 195 members were women (over 50 years after the Revolution??) and only 21% of all party members were women. 'This is natural, said Nellie Genina, a Moscow lawyer. They get to a certain point in their careers and then they simply have too many family responsibilities to be able to put in those extra hours a day that take men to the top.'" Russian women make up 72% of the medical profession, 30% of the engineers and scientists, and they constitute 58% of the population with higher education! Nor are they about to yield the advantages which all this implies. Here is the way one liberated news editor put it to Georgie Ann: "Our women cant live without work. They feel that if they are not at work, they are not persons." Then M s s Geyer observes: Because the indignities of the past were reversed in the revolution, most Russian women today are strong and welldefined personalities. They show almost none of the coy femininity that characterizes so many women in the West. "As one young American who toured the Soviet Union as a student said: 'I didn t mind in restaurants when the girls would ask me to dance but I didn't think they should pull out my chair for me when they brought me back to the table!" Georgie Ann found that Russian women had deep feelings of disap pointment with men and their inadequacies. Their liberation has led to feelings of detachment about marriage and its importance, like this blunt observations from a schoolteacher named Svetlana: "If you dont love the man there is no reason why you should stay with him. You dont need him for support or prestige. So couples who live to gether do so because of love." So the American journalist got the idea that among younger people in Russia today "sex is taken as natural and largely amoral, particularly in the coed university dormitories, where liaisons are common and often without emotional Jan-Feb 1972, Page 10

complications. The pill and other sophisticated contraceptive de vices are not freely available, but abortions are and some girls have had three or four by the time they are 23 or 24. , . today there seems to be little guilt associated with sex -- and also little romance." The State apparatus in Russia has finally become aware of the 16-hour day of the married working woman and its negative effect on marriage! and is offering more public services, cleaning bureaus that will clean apartments, nurses for sick children and half-cooked foods in the stores. These are only beginning to ap pear, but they have high priority in state plans." GENETIC COUNSELING There is no hint in Hiss Geyer's article on Women's Lib in Russia that the State or doctors are concerned with the quality of babies in any planned way; yet there is no doubt that Russian gene ticists are thinking about it and counseling is probably freely available. We have here the column of Dr. Walter Alvarez from the Los An geles "Times", Dcc. 22, 1971. Consider the significance of his opening paragraph: "Today, thoughtful people are interested in the new areas of medicine that have to do with improving the quality of life and preventing the heartbreak and suffering associated with children b o m with hereditary diseases or who have not formed pro perly in the womb. For example, more and more sensible people are seeking genetic counseling, especially if they know some hereditary disease exists in the family of the husband or the wife, or worst of all, in the families of both." Then he gives the example of the horrible Tay-Sachs inherited disease "which occurs almost exclusively in the infants of Jewish persons of Eastern European ancestry. It is due to lack of a cer tain enzyme and is especially distressing because it begins to show up in an infant 6 months old. A deterioration of the brain, eyes and the muscles then occurs and commonly kills the child before his 5th birthday, "In order to avoid bringing children doomed to great suffering into the world, Drs. Kabach (Johns Hopkins) and Ziegler (National Cancer Institute) have been perfecting an enzyme test which will identify persons who carry a defective gene, but are themselves un affected by it. At the first screening last May, some 1800 people, most of them young married couples, showed up for the test. "This interests me," continues Dr. Alvarez, "because a few years ago when I chatted with an amiable professor of genetics, he said, 'What is sad is that commonly, a couple who much need genetic counseling come to me only after they have had the grief and s o rro w of bringing into the world one or even two defective children.. . "Also, according to Walter E. Nanz, professor of medical geneJan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 11

tics at Indiana University in Indianapolis, half of the total deaf ness in newborn babies could be prevented by control of hereditary factors. As he said, hereditary factors have always been important cause of deafness and one way to eliminate perhaps thousands of cases of severe deafness would be through genetic counseling. . . I am glad to see that laboratory and counseling services dealing with inherited disorders have increased by 737o in less than four years Dr. /lvarez is happy to note that a total of 680 genetic ser vice units are listed in the international directory put out by the National Foundation-March of Dimes, PO Box 2000, White Plains, New York. It's free. CHOOSING THE IDEAL FATHER These developments are all encouraging but rather negative, just voluntarily trying to avoid having a deformed child. If man kind is to be saved from its present suicidal course, positive action toward improving the quality of human beings must be taken; otherwise there wont be a New Age; or if there is, we wont be here to enjoy it! We turn now to a brief prophecy in a fascinating book on ESP and personal psychic development, "Psychic Mission", by and about Joseph DeLouise. He is a Sicilian Roman Catholic living in Chicago. He makes his living as a hairdresser. Many of you have no doubt read some of his prophecies, publicized in the 'National Enquirer" and other publications. The one that interests us is on page 223 of Chapter 11, "Predictions for the Future1 : "Social changes are in store as well. I saw a man and woman signing a marriage agreement. I received the impression they were making a business arrangement which established the support of any children. "I saw this huge, sterile-looking building that appeared to be both like a bank and like a hospital. It was a sperm bank and mar ried women were allowed to choose the type of father they wanted for their children. Many choices were made following medical and psychological advice to the mother. Artificial insemination be comes a big business." Doesnt DeLouise's vision appear to be the logical result of the trend already developing in Russia and the United States, the separation of love and romance from the breeding of children? By their own admission, few women meet, fall in love with, and marry the ideal mate. They have to take the best that is available, or that their heart chooses; but that best isn't necessarily going to produce superior children for an improved society! In fact the product of the so-called free-choice union may be horrible; so, it looks as though the State will have to step in and narrow the range of choices -- for breeding -- down to those desirable characteris tics which will improve society. So what's new? Hitler tried it in Nazi Germany; but the Free World -- so-called -- didn't agree Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 12

with his motives and beat the hell out of him for trying it. Canadian sociologist Leo Davids sees couples moving "away from traditional modes of dating and courtship and using computers to screen each others interests, intelligence, educational background, religious beliefs and recreational preferences . This may help to reduce tensions between married couples and promote greater harmony at the physical, emotional and mental levels; but what about the quality of the offspring? THE FIFTH KINGDOM OF THE NEW AGE Before the International Deva can succeed in forming an effec tive world government of the nation's of the earth, there must be world-wide discipleship, a Fifth Kingdom of superhumans dedicated to international or even solar system Ideals of cooperation arid brotherhood. Only then will the earth be ready to join the Inter planetary Federation. There are millions of advanced souls on the Inner Planes who are well aware of the Creator and His plans for the further evolu tion of this planet; but they have earned the right to be b o m into better bodies, better circumstances than are offered by the pros pective mothers of the present day. The Sperm Bank, offering the would-be mother a narrow range of choices among the bast possible males of her society seems to be the answer. Assuming they are in acceptable good health, will the outstand ing males in science, religion, politics, the arts, business, sports, etc. be willing to prostitute themselves -- or we should say their seed -- for the good of the State? Then there is the matter of stud fees; who pays them? The State or the would-be mother? These and other problems -- and the physical reality of Joseph DeLouise's vision -- may be closer than we think, as indicated in a "Newsweek" article, Aug. 30, 1971. In a tank of liquid nitrogen at Genetics Laboratories, Inc. in St. Paul, Minn., reposes the frozen semen of a prominent American who has understandably chosen to remain anonymous. The man placed his semen on long-term deposit for a modest storage fee in the event that his only son should prove sterile. It would then be thawed and used to impregnate his daughter-in-law, thus assuring that his family lineage will be preserved. As this somewhat bizarre case makes clear, the storage of sperm for future use has moved from the realm of pure research to the field of commercial enterprise. Gene tics Laboratories, in fact, announced plans la3t week to open a branch in midtown Manhattan and additional facilities in Chicago and San Francisco. The use of frozen sperm for artificial insemination has been tested at a few research centers for nearly two decades. At the American Medical Association's annual meeting in June, Dr. Edward Tyler of the Tyler Clinic in Los Angeles reported tnat he had helped nearly 70 women have babies by insemination with frozen sperm." Jan-Feb 1972 ER, Page 13

Genetics Laboratories was started in 1970 by a surgeon Dr. Robert Ersak, and by Arthur Beisang, a "specialist in the biolo gical effects of freezing'.'. Most of their clients are men about to have a vasectomy, who "wanted the assurance they could impreg nate their wives should they change their minds about limiting the size of their families. POPULATION CONTROL "Yet there are other motivations for bankipg sperm. A New Jersey man deposited some of his semen at GL when he and his wife decided to adopt children for reasons of population control. The viable sperm, the couple reasoned, could be used in the future to prove to the youngsters that they were adopted because they were genuinely wanted, not because of a sterility problem. . . "Since a number of inseminations may be necessary to Induce a successful pregnancy, donors pay two or three visits to GL, leaving behind enough semen to fill about 30 vials. The semen is analyzed to make sure the sperm is viable, mixed with chemicals to protect it during freezing, and then frozen for storage in liquid nitrogen at minus 221 degrees Fahrenheit. Each vial is carefully marked with the donor's initials and a special code number, and the infor mation stored on computer tape to prevent slipups. When a donor wants his semen used, GL ships it -- still in a frozen state -to the man's physician. Besides the annual storage fee of $12, GL charges $45 for each of the donor's visits to deposit semen. "Ursek emphasizes that the semen on deposit at GL is strictly the property of the donors 'We dont want to be In the position of owning semen and controlling who gets it We could get into the difficult position of, say, owning Einstein semen and auctioning it off to the highest bidder.' For their part, Beisang and Ersek favor legal regulation of frozen-sperm banks to prevent unscrupu lous or unskilled operators from getting into the field. At pre sent there are no state laws governing such facilities although a New York State Health Department spokesman believes that exlstirg regulations governing medical laboratories and the donation of or gans for transplantation may apply to frozen-sperm banks. 'This is something we are going to look into carefully." Interesting, isn't it, that the above article touches on the two major points in this thesis, population control and quality control. To your editor this indicates clearly that thinking people are already aware of these Aquarian Age principles, the only ones upon which an improved, superior civilization can be built! In a recent bulletin, Rev. C Franklin Loehr suggests that this will also be known as the Age of Woman. Their presence in the higher, decision-making levels of government should assure that no woman will be forced to go to bed with a total stranger just because their genes match the quality pattern necessary to improve the racial stock. Government controlled, or owned, spermJan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 14

banks would offer an Impersonal matching of the DNA and RNA factors by a skilled lab woman or man in clean, hospital surroundings. As sperm banks proliferate offers for sperm from what some woman con siders to be the ideal father for her child are bound to come, and if there is money in this kind of business some enterprising American is bound to supply it I Consider the following: "FIRST HUMAN SPERM BANK OPENS IN N.Y." New York (UPI) Dec. 16, 1971 - "The Idant Corp. has officially opened the first of 20 frozen sperm banks it plans to start in 20 U.S. cities by the end of 1972. Twenty three deposits made within the previous 10 days were by Wednesday already in the banks nitrogen vault that is kept at 321 below zero. The average age of the first depositors was 25 The youngest was 21. "Morton E. David, Idant president, aaid the sperm system also will be launched in England and Japan by 1973 He said Baltimore would have a bank by February, Chicago in April and San Francisco by July. David, a lawyer, said he was asking that federal regula tions be established for the banks within the National Institute of Health and under the Bureau of Standards. . . The fee is $80 for freezing three semen evaluations and $100 additional for storage charges for 10 years . . . " THE HIGHER SEXUAL CENTER In conclusion we might remind Associates of the advanced type of child-bearing in store for our remote descendants. Bishop C.W. Leadbeater describes it somewhere in his voluminous Theosophical writings. The Fifth Root Race is the forefront of evolution on the planet today, predominantly Caucasian and with the highest percentage of old souls. The Fifth Sub-race of this Fifth Root Race has hit its peak in the Euro-American civilization and is now declining. Its keynote was a certain rugged individualism, especially In Europe; but new types representative of the Sixth Sub-race have been coming in for a couple of generations now, especially here in California and in New Zealand and Australia. These Aquarian Agers respond to the keynote of Brotherhood and Cooperation. Under this new influence the consciousness will gradually shift away from the below-the-beIt force centers In the etheric double to the heart, throat and head centers. Millions of years in the future the Seventh Root Race humans will use the higher sexual center, the throat chakra to create children. The couple stands facing each other. They sound or chant the Creative Words of Power and Love. The positive and negative streams of energy flow forth to form a vortex in the space between them. There is a blinding flash of Light, and lo, there stands a new body, fully formed and ready for immediate use by the old soul as a young man or young woman at the comparative age of 21! Yes, by that time, our remote descendants will be Gods in fact! Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 15

MY EXPERIMENTS W ITH THE PYRAMIDS By Verne L. Cameron From Sept-Oct 1953 "Round Robin" For about two years, prior to 1952, I had been reading about experiments conducted in Europe concerning the strange properties possessed by small cardboard replicas of the Great Pyramid; how articles placed under them refused to deteriorate I read how one man had obtained 57 shaves with one blade without sharpening it, and of how meat was mummified without spoiling, simply by placing these objects under the tiny paper replicas. Eventually these ideas caught fire with me and I decided to try my hand at a few experiments. Accordingly I made some small cardboard pyramids, 3 l/8"along each side of the base and 3' along the corners to the apex, corres ponding to the dimensions recommended Under one I placed a new Gillette razor blade after using it once. I usually get no more then three shaves from one blade. Under another pyramid I placed about two ounces of raw pork, half fat. The little pyramids were placed in a bathroom where it was hot, steamy or draughty by spells -- not conducive to the preservation of foods, certainly. One side of each pyramid faced the north -- but I am not convinced this is necessary. In about three days the pork had a faint odor, but it lost this, and in about nine days was completely mummified. It is still per fectly edible after several months. A large chunk of watermelon dried down to the texture of a dried apricot but is still sweet and good. The razor blade experiment startedApril 4, '53 and the original blade is still in use (Sept 1, *53). Most of the time I shave every day; but if I skip a day there is an extra demand on the razor since my beard gets filled with dust from the buffipg wheels in my shop. I have kept a day-by-day record of the performance of the blade, and this reads: good - fine - excellent, with three or four exceptions of "poor" where I skipped a day and the tin oxide got onto my face Even in these cases the blade recovered its original cutting edge. (Here Mr. Cameron has verified one of the most controversial points in the pyramid phenomenon, the re-sharpening of a razor blade. At the time of this article, one of the members of the Inner Circle was of the opinionthat the pyramid only stopped oxidation. This would help prevent the blade from getting duller, but wouldn't sharp en it. But the European experimenters contend that the natural phen omenon of the growth of Crystals is at work here also'. The pyramid effect continually replaces the crystalline structure of the cutting edge of the steel. We must remember also the mental intention of the experimenter. The Law of Indeterminacy. R H C .) THE SHAPE OP THE FORCE In order to find whether there were any rays, radiations or lines of force from the pyramids, I tested with an aurameter, and found that when the pyramid was upright there is a rod of force ex tending from the apex to the ceiling; and from the bottom, continu ing the flare downward to the ground is an invisible pyramid of force, of which the small one is the apex or capstone. The size of the in visible pyramid is only limited by the elevation of the small visible one above the ground. Further, where the model has sat for some time the charge or invisible pyramid remains after the model is removed, even for some days and weeks. This force does not seem to penetrate the ground, though if the pyramid is made from metal, say aluminum, and is connected point to point to a metal cone, 30 degree angle, with closed base, by a connecting wire, within a few minutes the energy normally reflecting from underground water ceases to register on the aurameter. After 30 minutes or so reflections from oil also cease to register, for a distance of several hundred feet from the pyramid in all directions. One cannot say by any stretch of imagination that it is "natu ral" for a razor blade to give 44 times as many shaves just because it is kept under a tiny cardboard pyramid. Or, if it were natural, does not a small cardboard box do just as well? (The answer to the question posed by Mr. Cameron is found in occult science. The random radiant energies of the universe can be concentrated into rays by geometric figures, and thus made to do use ful work. The practicing magician knows this from his use of trian gles, pentagrams and hexagrams in his rituals. The student of the Mysteries learns this by hundreds of hours of meditation on the socalled Platonic Solids. RHC.) I have been much gratified to learn of the interest shown, both in the pyramid phenomena and in the operations of the Aurameter, by the Associates and publications of BSRA, by the Huna Research Asso ciates (Max Freedom Long, Director), by Chimes Magazine, by Valor Magazine, and by many correspondents and inquirers. Our present ex periments may well seem trivial, but no one can tell us where even the most trifling novelty may lead. The Aurameter is an example of this. It was originally intended only as a highly sensitive water dowsing instrument, but it has turn ed out to be the most advanced means known for outlining thought pic tures (mental Images projected in space), the human aura and several little known features of it, the invisible bodies over our heads, and a long series of rays, beams or emanations from both living and in animate objects. In addition It has shown itself, in competent hands, capable of locating diseased spots and infections in the human body as has been attested to by many physicians. For those interested in some possible relationships to the Great Pyramid of Gizeh, the following data may be useful: This pyramid is Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 17

760 feet 11 inches square, 484 feet high if the apex were restored If the perimeter were in the form of a circle, the height would bear the same ratio as that of a radius of a circle The perimeter is 36,524 inches, exactly the number of days in 100 years, The base of natural bedrock was planed off to exactly the curvature of the earth's cru3t, or eight inches to the mile. It was not until 800 A.D. that it became known that the pyramid contained rooms. It is built of granite blocks in steps 26" high; and blocks 25 " or one cubit, plus one inch for cement, and weighing many tons each. The apex lacks 14 courses, leaving a flat top with a square altar block of granite with 49 holes In it, and flanked by four stones making a cross.
To make a paper pyramid, hold the proportions of 25 to 24: e.g. 3 1/8" for each side of base, 3" slope line at corners; also 4t by 6, 12| by 12, etc. for larger sizes. Cut out one triangle of the size desired, ley it down flat and pivot it around the center apex point (wide side away from the center) and mark around it four times. Cut this out and crease the lines, bending into the pyramid shape, fasten together with tape.

INSPIRED BY THE DARK FORCES CQC On the Rise and Fall Of Hitler's Third Reich Part VI "A fighting monk from another planet'. Thus did Pauvels and Bergier characterize Heinrich Hlmmler, the blood-thirsty executioner for Hitlers Third Reich, in their book, "The Morning of the Magi cians . At the time of Himmler's cowardly suicide in May, 19^5 there was in print in the Western world a book which gave signifi cant hints as to why "fighting monks" might be coming to earth from "other planets". It was Alice Bailey's "Treatise on Cosmic Fire", first published in 1925, fourteen years before the great racial initiation of World War I I . At the time of the writing of the Treatise, the physical exletance of Pluto had not been verified by astronomer Clyde Tombaugh, though its presence in the solar system had been suspected by Percival Lowell a whole generation earlier. Mrs. Bailey's teacher, D.K. does not specifically name Pluto as a source of evil for the earth, but he does speak of hidden planets in the solar system and of constellations outside the solar system from which come beings which would like to take over the earth. He wrote through Alice Bailey in 1925: "This is something as yet unknown and incomprehensible to metaphysicians, scientists and astronomers. War wages cosmically as yet between the systemic 'lunar' lords, and those Entities who are analogous to the solar Lords on cosmic levels." Of course the moon has always been a fo cal point of evil for the earth. This has been known to occultists, but what hasn't been known is the existence of a hidden planet be hind the moon, so to speak, through which a higher type of evil could manifest, and accelerate the process of change. D.K.'s "Treatise on White Magic" was published by Alice Bailey in 1934. This was while the Forces of Cosmic and solar system evil were consolidating their hypnotic hold on Hitler and his gang of cutthroats in preparation for the war to come. Then D.K. could write: "Astrologers must remember also that there are several undis covered planets which are producing pulls and shifts and focussing streams of energy upon our earth which tend to complicate the pro blem still further. Pluto is one of them. . . Pluto will be made the scapegoat for faulty astrology for a long time to come. . . Yet Pluto has always been revolving around our sun and producing its effects. Tt governs the death or cessation of old ideas and emo tions, and its influence is therefore largely cerebral and in that you have the clue to its late discovery. Mankind is only on the verge of becoming mental. Its (Pluto's) effects are felt first in the mental body. . . " Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 19

In 1951, in the hook "Esoteric Astrology", D.K. speaks of "The destructive power of the first ray, focussed in Pluto, brings change, darkness and death". In retrospect we can see that the mental ef fects of Pluto in 1934 became the great destruction of World War II when Hitler ordered the invasion of Poland in 1939"The evil men who guided the destiny of Germany talked of world groups and of the European Order of Nations," writes D.K. through Alice Bailey, "but it was a grouping around Germany as the center and for the selfish Interests of Germany. The grouping which Is a part of the divine Plan Is not around any one nation but a grouping based on the ideal of brotherhood, on the will-to good and on the freedom of the whole One expresses a selfish materialistic distor tion and the other a spiritual objective." APPEARANCE OF FLYING SAUCERS It was during World War II that UFOs began to obtrude themsel-ues on man's consciousness. There were the so-called Foo Fighters on the Western Front, the little glowing lights that monitored the per formance of our fighter planes and bombers. Moving and glowing sta tionary lights were seen over the atomic energy plants and at the test site in New Mexico. Were they merely spectators at the birth of the Atomic Age on earth? Or were they mid-wives, carefully guid ing a Nativity which leads to voluntary membership In the Inter planetary Federation? Perhaps both. But there are the Satanic forces pulling man away from the "lighted Way" as D.K. calls it. If they had succeeded in World War II "the earthy aspect of Capricorn the lowest concrete aspect of the mind and an increased control by the Taurian spirit in its worst form" would have taken place, instead of the divine possibility of entrance Into greater light the manifestation of the soul nature ana the recognition of the 'light which is found in the eye of the Bull' (the higher aspect of Taurus). . .Germany represented mater ialism in the West and Japan in the East. I would also add that those who In both nations (and there are many such) represent the 'lighted Way' were so imprisoned in their environment and so domin ated in their personalities by the thoughtform of their powerful leaders that for them right action was impossible. , .
t . t 1 *; . ,

"The Forces of Light recognise and work for the spiritual good of all people, Irrespective of their national relationships. They are working for the release of Germany from the glamour which des cended upon her people. The Hierarchy makes a distinction between the bewildered masses, the wrongly educated youth and the obsessed leaders in all branches of government. The latter are 'shells, obsessed by evil entities and hence their dynamic, one-pointed po tency, hence also their extreme skill and cunning, based on very ancient evil experience and hence also the well-nigh ludicrous fal sity of their propaganda." You see here D.K, gives no hint as to who these evil entities Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 20

are or what line of evolution they come from. His phrase, "very ancient evil experience", suggests another planet as their point of origin or even a constellation outside the solar system. In any event, this Teacher leaves it up to us to fill in the obvious gaps with such information and inspiration as we can find ourselves. ELEMENTAL GODS FROM OUTER SPACE .Of these non-human, soul-less monsters who overshadowed Hit ler, Tojo, Mussolini and other leaders of the Axis powers of T orld J War II, D.K. says "They are the spirit of materialism embodied; devoid of all true feeling and perception, lacking the light of love and understanding, but powerfully animated by the energy of sub stance itself. It is time that men woke up to the nature of these beings who sought (under the present grouping of constellations) to enslave the race." In reference to these Invaders from outer space, in one of the Mark Probert seances, the Yada di Shi'ite reminded us that these elementis lack something we have, that is a soul. They de sire to be human, to have a warm-blooded circulation system which has the capacity to love I But the means by which they hope to achieve this goal, through ruthless enslavement of mankind, seems to indicate they are headed in the opposite direction! Which in deed they are, being elementis on the involutienary Path, descend ing from Spirit to Matter. "The earthly influence of Capricorn made their activity pos sible," writes D.K. through Alice Bailey in "Esoteric Astrology". "They themselves have been evoked out of their evil past by the material side of humanity itself and the potency oT the massed selfishness of mankind In like manner the Forces of Light can be evoked in tremendous potency but only by the massed aspiration and spiritual desires of the peoples of the Earth. Of this evocation there are already signs." Yes, the twenty years since D.K. wrote the above the "massed aspirations and spiritual desires" have counteracted the evil plans of the Satanic forces from within the earth, the extra-planetary forces from outside the earth, and the cosmic forces from outside the solar system. We are successfully contending with three levels of evil because heartfelt prayers for the triumph of good over evil are ascending hourly from millions of hearts and minds all over the planet. The Forces of Light are being evoked from within the planet, from above the planet, and from outside the solar system. They are responding to our prayers and evolution is moving forward. Metaphysical study groups, prayer groups, healing groups are every where . BSRF is in touch with a few of them, both here and abroad. As we link up we gradually realize there is a vast but .largely i n visible network of Seekers and Servers, focussing the Light in their own way, at the physical level, all over the planet. This is part of the Tide of Change that is sweeping the earth. (To be continued in the next Journal.) Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 21

"PLEASE FELP US TO BE POSITIVE" "I'd like to thank you for sending me those copies of magazines you received, the 'nice' ones! You'll remember I had suggested the Journal should carry a few more articles on the 'positive side. Veil, when you sent the magazines, I really had no idea why they had come. It was not until the May-June 1971 Round Robin came that I realized. It made for interesting reading, one or two of them. I was particularly struck by an article in the May 1967 issue of 'The Messenger of Chalice Well from Glastonbury, England, to do with the Lamplighter Movement. Quite a few of us here have followed up on it. "However, my original point of comment to you was certainly not to suggest that the BSRA Journal should become a 'nice' magazine. T think you took that wrong. It is necessary that we know about the 'negatives' around us. No question. What I was trying to say is: please help us to be positive -- give us a few ideas on how to coun teract the negative -- psychic self-defense, if you like, to quote the title of Dion Fortune's book. Maybe that makes the point a bit clearer? "You and I probably think alike about 'nice* people or 'nice' publications. To me, many so-called 'nice' things are flat, flaccid and insipid. Being positive is altogether different. It takes strength to be positive. It takes strength to counteract the nega tive. The BSRA Journal, to me, should be POSITIVELY strong!! "The enclosed money order for US $25.75 covers my 1972 subscrip tion to the Journal and the attached order for BSRA publications. I should be much obliged if you could air mail BSRA No. 27, THE OTHER MEANING OF CHRISTMAS. I have a talk to give locally on Christmas Sunday, and would like to review No. 27 before deciding what to say.1 ' A.R.D.R., Victoria BC Canada THE LAMPLIGHTER MOVEMENT The birth of the Lamplighter Movement comes as a direct sequel to the Big Ben Minute. This fine ritual died when, as a result of the BBC change in programme, the striking of Big Ben was no longer heard at 9.0 p.m. Then from the same high source of spiritual in spiration, Major Tudor Pole received another "directive" or request that sound should be replaced by Light and that people should be in vited to kindle and show permanently burning lights in their houses. These should preferably be of amber colour and burn in an upper room. They were to be a symbol of affirmation, a sign that in this house prayer, meditation and invocation were being sent out towards the spiritual world. The lights are an outward token of an inward pur pose. They were to spread in a network around the globe, a beauti ful gesture linking those who had kindred aspiration. They would pre vide a focal point in a life dedicated to the service of the spirit. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 22

The point stressed is that they were to be dedicated with intent. Sometimes they are oil lamps which call for the ritual of refilling. Where this is difficult they can be small electric bulbs. The ever burning light gives the feeling of a sanctuary to the corner of an ordinary room. The outward gesture on the earth plane represents even more than an inner affirmation of intent. It was made clear that these lights were required by the higher world as part of the entry of the Light into tKe plane of earth and the realm of the borderland where so much soul darkness exists. We may know that where we, ? n . dedicating our lives, light our little lamps, corresponding lights are kindled on the etheric plane. Through this the powers of the spirit are able to work,, Thus the network of lights is part of the beginning of the glow which spreads through the ethereal planes on our darkened planet. Of course this spiritual glow will begin when ever individuals and groups raise the thoughts of love and light in prayer and meditation. However, the physical gesture as a focal , point in a life is valuable as a definite little centre for the in flow of higher Light. We recognise that in some important sense a new Advent is near. Major Tudor Pole in his article in this paper gave us his views of what form this may take. It is most likely to Le accompanied by a change in consciousness and a lifting and widening of thought towards the great oneness of life, thus opening the channel for the inflow of Love. Whatever happens it is certain that the necessary channel must be man himself. The powers of the Christ Impulse must enter the plane of earth through the human heart and lifted thinking. Thus the lighting of the physical light is a further acknowledgement of man's necessary task on the physical plane in invoking entry of Spirit. It was made clear that the Movement should start in the centre of England. Apart from Major Tudor Pole's own initial light, the first light was lit at Attingham Park in Shropshire at Midsummer, 1964, and from this centre the Movement has spread. It is impos sible to say how many lights are now burning. We have some 400 peo ple on our mailing list, not only in Britain, but in the U.S.A., So. Africa, Australia and Europe, but since many Lamplighters have asked for circulars to give to their friends, there are likely to be many more of whom we have not heard. Many have written saying that they get a deep joy and peace from the fact of their little light burning and that it seems to bring healing and blessing into the house. There has been some discussion of the request for the colour amber. It is enough to say here that this warm colour represents the light of the spiritual sun subdued fittingly into our sanctuaries. No candle or normal flame burns pure white and the selected colour achieves the steady and gentle glow which is needed for this symbol. Finally, be it acknowledged that the source of the inspiration is that Being whom we call Michael (rightly pronounced Micha-el) whom we recognise as Standard Bearer of the Christ and wielder of the Sword of Light. It is under the direction of this great Archangel, Spirit of our Age, that the Christ impulse is entering the earth plane in these coming years. The situation is as if we were all Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 23

members of a resistance movement in an occupied country, and had re ceived the warning signal of impending invasion from the Forces of Light. Every one who kindles the little amber light with dedicated intent is sending up a signal that here is a point at which the res cuers will be welcome. Further information is available from Sir George Trevelyan, Attingham Park, Shrewsbury, England. A NEW TYPE OF SALVATION "A symbol will be projected by the hierarchy specifically by the Christ in the aura of the group, 'It is the mark of the Saviour' and it will embody the mark or indication (the signature as mediae val occultists used to call it) of a new type of salvation or sal vage. Up till now, the mark of the Saviour has been the Cross, and the quality of salvation offered has been freedom from substance or the lure of matter and from its hold -- freedom only to be achieved at great cost. The future holds within its silence other modes of saving humanity, The cup of sorrow and the agony of the Cross are well-nigh finished. Joy and strength will take their place. In stead of sorrow, we shall have joy which will work out in happiness and lead eventually to bliss. We shall have a strength which will have raught but victory and will not recognise disaster. (From Alice Baileys 'Rays V, pp. 233-234) "Capricorn. This constellation stands for the influence which will carry the will of Shamballa to the Hierarchy or to the world initiates, giving Them that dynamic and enterprising spirit which will enable Them to carry forward to completion the W7 ill of God on Earth. It was the 'angel, born under Capricorn' which came to Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane and fused His individual will into the Divine Will and thus enabled Him to carry out His mission to com pletion. (Esoteric Astrology, pp. 632-633) "In December 1935, the energies of Capricorn were augmented by the pouring in of forces from a still greater constellation which is, to our zodiac, what the zodiac is to the earth. . . this augmentation -- during the coming Aquarian zodiacal cycle -groups on earth can avail themselves of the tide of Capricornian influences which will flow into our radius of registration every seven years. . . This is part of the chaos of the times against which you must learn to protect yourself and your loved ones. Ritual magick is one of>the most effective ways. RETRO ME, THE ART OF PSYCHIC SELF DEFENSE A case in point was brought to our attention after a lecture on Flying Saucers for the Psynetics group in Hemet, California last fall. Looking over our spread of BSRA literature, a guest remarked that she had bought a copy of Meade Layne's "Retro Me" a couple of years earlier, but had never had occasion to need it or look into this 50c brochure containing several protective and banishing rituals. Then she learned of the desperate situation of a married friend who was losing her teen-age daughter. Insanity. The girl's boyfriend had been killed in an automobile accident several months before. Soon the teen-ager was aware that the boyfriend was hanging around her. She welcomed the presence of the spook, at first. But then when it became too obsessive it was too late. The worried parents moved to Utah, hoping the change would break the connection, but the earthbound swain moved right along with them. After the family returned to California the situation continued to deteriorate. There were days when the mother couldn't get through to the girl at all. School was impossible. Our lecture guest heard the details of the hopeless situation. Standard Christian prayers hadn't helped. She bethought herself of the idle copy of "Retro Me" and offered it to the desperate woman. She read the brochure, realized immediately the significance of its contents, tried one of the proffered rituals, and cleared her daugh ter's aura and the home immediately! In a situation like this the results are miraculous, but unbelievable to the uninitiated. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 25

SAVING A MARRIAGE WITH RITUAL MAGICK Another reluctant amateur was the proprietor of a silk screen shop in a nearby town. He printed up a few copies of our postersize Tree of Life for us. 28x44 inches. The atmosphere of his shop was tense and not too friendly, but the proprietor was somewhat curious about this unusual project, reproducing a chart of the magickal forces of the universe and of man. During return visits to his shop he opened up and told of a marriage that had gone sour be cause of a wife who was becoming increasingly violent and moody. Just the day previous, during a row, she wanted him to get a stick and beat the two boys -- hers by a previous marriaget "If this marriage breaks up," I asked him, "which way would the boys go?" "With me," he replied without hesitation. stay home with her." "They dont want to

One of the boys was in the shop then, absorbed in an art project of his own. Asked when all this began the reply was that it began when his wife joined a spiritualist group and began to "sit for development". Obviously she had picked up one or more earth-bound entities who had lost none of their visciouaneswith death! When he said he was willing to do anything, try anything to save his marriage, I brought him a copy of "Retro Me" for reading material. With no previous preparation -- in this life at least -- he welcomed the ideas and practices spelled out by Meade and said he'd put them to use! Need less to say, the results were a foregone conclusion* The next time I visited the shop I could feel the change in the atmosphere. The tension was gone; it was a relaxed, happy place. He told me they all enjoyed a peaceful -- and a thankful -- Thanksgiving at home. GIVING THE PSYCHIC HEAVE-HO TO A DEAD DRUNK! On impulse, last fall while writing to an Australian Associate, I related the above story. At the time he was concerned about his sister, too long married to a compulsive alcoholic! This Associate is a student of the Mysteries, Western style, end has a copy of part three of our lesson series on the Kabala, "You Live In Four Worlds". Among other things this 68-page printed booklet contains illustrated descriptions of both the Kabalistic Cross and the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram ($2.50 a copy). He marked pages 21 through 33 and gave it to his sister to read, and to choose,. She made the obvious choice and promptly cleared her husbands aura and their home of dead drunks. How aptly the Hawaiian Kahuna calls these en tities "eating companions"; for they do share our vices. And only ritual magick gives a human being the necessary mental leverage to drive them and hold them out! With only his own moderate alcoholic appetite to cope with, the woman's husband could keep his drinking under control, and salvage a foundering marriage; but with earthbound drinking companions -- hell on earth! Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 26

I'LL TAKE THE HIGH ROAD No doubt we'LI get letters from sob-sister devotional types questioning our right to use ritual magick to interfere in the life of another person. "You should pray to God and let him take care of it." Fine, if you want the Path of Martyrdom -- and that s all the Mystic has to offer -- by all means follow it. Too long has the world followed that Path, the God the Redeemer phase of evolution in the Piscean Age. Now we are taking the next step, the God the Illuminator phase. Refer back to the quotes from the Adept, D.K., on page 24: "The cup of sorrow and the agony of the Cross are well nigh finished. Joy and strength will take their place. . . " We discuss these successive phases of evolution in the introduction to our brochure, "Three Great Aquarian Age Healers": God the Creator, God the Redeemer, God the Illuminator and God the Destroyer. If you do take it upon yourself to clear a haunted house, or a haunted loved one, of eating companions, consider the fact that you are doing the spook a favor by helping to free him or it from its earthly connections. Then the overshadowing soul or High Self is free to go f to the Hall of Judgment and to the Second Death. This ca completes its birth into the Spirit world. The use of the Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram daily, morning and evening, as a prelude to ones meditations, is highly recommended This is self-psychiatry of the highest type; for the ritual gradually breaks up the subconscious complexes and cleans the aura. These "horrid things of the darkness 1 are the causes of most of our disease and chronic illnesses. As these disappear in the Light of under standing, increasing "joy and strength will take their place". With our emotions under control, real progress can be made on the Path, The Yada di Shi'ite stressed this time and again during his discour ses through Mark Probert. He spoke of the forty years he spent in the temple, as a high priest in the ancient Himalayan civilization of Yu. "Forty years learning one thing, emotional control!" SPEAKING OF THE YADA "A small item which may appeal to you. Mrs. Eileen Langley of Takapuna, Auckland, is a colour healer and she also anchors vibra tions in colour, a very interesting process. She has the vibrations of many things, metals, flowers, chemicals, also some very high ones such as Divine Revelation, Ascension, Jesus in 15 octaves and the Great Masters. Well, as a test, I took over to her the book Magic Bag, the Inner Circle Teachers of Light through Mark Probert' and in it is much material from E Yada di Shiite, together with his picture drawn by Mark in 1947 (E. Yada is a great favourite of mine). Mrs. Langley tried to see if the picture would draw to any of her higher vibrations, but it would not, even to the Jesus ones; then she suddenly tried Cosmic Christ1 and it drew immediately and strong ly; so I then let her read the description of E. Yada as given in BSRA discourse No. 2-K: 'He walks on Mountains, not in the valley.1 Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 27

ihis appeared rather revealing to me. The discourses I obtained * from you are for the benefit of members of The Heralds of the New Age in Auckland. These people are all searchers after knowledge. Do you have any information, other than that released in the book The Hollow Earth' by Dr. Raymond Bernard, of Admiral Byrd's flight into the lands beyond the Poles. I am delving into this aspect myself, wondering if by any chance it does link up with UFOs." Ms. P.D.D., Auckland, N.Z, \ If Ms. Langley has a description of how she "anchors vibra tions" in physical objects, send it along so we can share it with the Associates. The information on the Yada in BSRA 2-K, "Space craft From Beyond the Sun", $1.50, was received through Peggy LeGrand Baker. Her Teachers indicated that the Yada was not of this present human evolution on earth but reached Adeptship in some other Round of evolution. For further information on this one would have to study Max Heindel's "Cosmo Conception" and Theosophical and Alice Bailey texts. In one of the Mark Probert seances the Yada said he had had only one physical embodiment on earth, as high priest in that ancient civilization of Yu, 500,000 years ago, but had also materialized a physical form five times since then, to perform short missions in service at this level. As I recall, the "lands beyond the pole" remark of Admiral Byrd was in reference to the huge, unexplored area before him and his colleagues when they reached the South Pole on their memorable flight in 1929. As you know, exploration of the Antarctic Contin ent is expanding, with several nations maintaining permanent bases there. It isn't likely that any of the Flying Saucer bases there will be discovered or exposed, unless the Commanders of those bases desire or allow it. Even then the information cannot ever be released to the public unless there is a change in policy. So we will have to work with what occult sources are available. OSCILLATING LOOPS AND COILS "I have a necklace which is definitely an oscillating circuit, I'm sure you have seen them. They are a wire around the neck in stead of a chain. The only thing is that they come with a hook ar rangement to clasp them. I cut the ends off, and rounded them to make a real oscillating circuit. Then, too, I got a pair of ear rings which are simply coiled wires, like this: J A One of these days maybe I'll have a headache (this {()) (&J is rare), and I will try either or both of these. Thanks also for the information on the battery for powering the MWO and also for the reference to the Edmund Scientific Co., (Barring ton, New Jersey 08007) for magnets. Their catalog is certainly in teresting. "Has BSRA or anyone you know of ever deciphered the markings which the sandals of the Venusian left in the sands of the Califor nia desert when he visited George Adamski in 1952? I have heard that various people were working on it, but no further information has come our way." Ms. C.M., Watertown, Wisconsin Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 28

THE PHOENIX, ARIZONA "GAZETTE" STORY OF NOV. 24, 1952 (This was summarized by Meade Layne in BSRA Release 12-A-52.) Principals: Dr. George hunt Williamson, 25, Prescott, ;rizona. Mrs. Williamson, medical technician. A.C. bailey, RR employee. Mrs. Bailey. Alice Wells and Lucy McGinnis of Valley Center, Calif. Mr. George Adamski of the same place. The party had driven to a point about 10 miles east of Desert Center for a picnic lunch. At 1:30 a large cigar-shaped object was seen, hovering motionless, then moving eastward at great speed. Disappeared, then returned. Adamski set up his telescope at a more advantageous point about 1^ mi. from the rest of the party. About 2 hrs later a Disc landed about \ mi, from Mr. Adamski; he made several kodak photographs of it. About 20' in dia., translucent, silvery finish, portholes, 3 ball-bearings or rollers underneath. The disc hung 3-4 ft. off the ground. Adam ski then saw a person motioning to him from a nearby elevation. This person was seen by the rest of the party from a distance and by bin oculars (this item not in the Gazette account)* The man spoke "some English and also what sounded like Chinese" (Adamski). "Appeared to be about 23 years old, round face, ruddy complexion, gray-green eyes, long sandy hair, red-brown slipper-like shoes, pants tied around ankles, brown jacket." Adamski says he inquired "This your ship?" Visitor nods. "Is it interplanetary?" (visitor nod3). 'What is your purpose here?" (Pantomine with arms to mean mush-room shaped clouds and concern about such clouds). Visitor refusfcd to allow Adamski to enter the Disc. He referred to the cigar-shaped object as a mother ship; said that it rode about 500 miles up; said that he came from the M. ship. Said that he came from a planet but did not say which one. Said the M ship could be reached in a matter of seconds. Refused to allow "any pictures of personalities right now." Touched palms lightly with Adamski (Gazette says 'shook hands'), then climbed into Disc and took off. Adamski 'noted a young boy or young woman peering out of one of the portholes". Visitor repeated ly indicated that his footprints had some significance and Dr. Wil liamson (later) took plaster casts of them. The sandal prints ap peared on rocky hard ground where Adamski's steps left no print at all (not in Gazette story). All seven members of the paxty agree on the presence of the cigar-shaped craft, of the Disc, of the Visitor, of the foot-prints, and all six have confidence in M r n Adam ski 's account of the conversation. (In his own account of the landing, written later, Adamski says the cigar-shaped Mother ship was driven off by Air Force planes af ter its first appearance. And later, while he was talking to the Venusian, Air Force planes continually circled overhead. George Van Tassel says he has a confirmation of this from Air Force officers who have visited him at his Giant Rock airport. He was told by them that motion pictures of the contact were made from the plane. I suppose the films are still on file at ATIC (Air Technical Intelli gence Command), Wright Field, Ohio or perhaps with the Flying Sau cer Board in Washington. Now for the Yada's comments on the Space man interview and his analysis of the Sandal Print drawings. These remarks were heard clairauaiently by Mark Probert, Dec, 1, 1952 and written down then. RHC.) Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 29

DRAWINGS MADE FROM PLASTER CASTS OF VENUSIAN SANDAL PRINTS

"A" Right Foot Left Foot

The Yada begins his remarks to Mark by saying that he and his HRSdciahes have read the published account, studied the drawings of the foot prints and the plaster casts themselves, have visited the homes of all persons concerned and listened to their thoughts and conversations, and finally examined the desert site of the incident. He will now give us his findings in brief: "The story is in the main true. The Disc did land and Mr. Adamski did carry on a conversation with the operator of said ship. But brother Adatnski was so excited he does not remember clearly all that was said. This particular ship was from the planet Venus. We would like to remind you, however, that the intense heat on that body, due to its proximity to the sun and an atmosphere heavy with carbon diox ide, make it highly unlikely or impossible that beings with the same organic structure as earth-man could abide on its surface. These Venus beings live in the ether of this planet. "The markings on the plaster casts of the shoes are a symbolic laiiguage. In the center of the "A" shoe (right foot) are two lines crossing one another and converging on the oval design which is a Disc. This represents the fact that if, and only when the magnetic forces of the earth are CROSSED can they be made of sufficient power to be used as a driving force. The earth itself generates only a negligible amount of magnetism. But when these linos are crossed they become aligned with two other planets, Mars and Venus -- which is what Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 30

the two small circles on the left and right side of the crossed lines represent; the one below being the Earth. Venus, Mars and Earth drawing their magnetic currents from the Sun. "On the heel of the same shoe is the ancient Swastika, indicat ing that those of most ancient times knew that magnetic forces of the Sun, Venus, Mars and Earth moved from west to east between these four bodies. The circle at the far tip of the shoe with a line run ning through its center is the Sun. The curved lines on either side of both shoes depict the fact that when the magnetic lines of force are crossed they will create a path in which gravity is completely null and void. As all free forces travel in a curved line, it is quite simple to understand how by converging these lines upon one another their separate strength would be amplified; and at the same time an almost complete vacuum would be created in the orbit of mo tion they once held. "All forces are really but one force, and that is electronic. Apparent differences arise from the nature of the work the force is committed to. Gravity, for instance, originates from vast fields of invisible matter, a cubic inch of which weighs billions of tons, and somewhere along its curved band it will turn into light; for its parts are principally made up of free electrons seeking to unite with an atom that has lost its satellite bodies or electrons. Grav ity is 'negative magnetism' until its flow comes in contact with the earth and other bodies in space; then it sets up a positive-negative push-pull action between the poles of all such bodies. Was gravity not electronic in nature, that which you have today called radio, television, radar and the like, would be quite impossible; for all these do their work in different degrees of what may be called the ' maga-gravity' band of the solar system (magnetic-gravity)." For reasons best known to themselves, the Yada and his Teacher, Kethra, refused to interpret the symbolism of the left foot print. Then there is the Venusian shorthand in and around the swastika on the heel of the right foot print, what does that mean? If such questions were asked of the Yada through Mark Probert subsequent to December 1952, we have no record of it. THE HEALTH BAND OF THE HUMAN SYSTEM "So long as people continue to eat garbage, refuse to exercise, AND speiid their lives accruing more money than they will ever use, cancer will continue to flourish unabated. Ann Wigraore's wheat grass theory is a winner. It works! I have often chided Dr. Ann on her wild god theory, but her wheat grass-chlorophyll and nutritional advice is inspired. "One of the best sources of nitrilosides (Laetrile) is millet. Whenever we sprout a seed its value is manyfold. By planting millet and eating the raw sprouts -- when about an inch long - - w e can in crease our uncontaminated intake of nitrilosides greatly. The brown skins of almonds are also an excellent source. Edgar Cayce recom mended three non-blanched almonds a day to prevent cancer. Shall we add sprouted millet, wheat grass juice and sesame, chia and sun Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 31

flower seeds? Incidentally, millet is also one of the best sources of the nucleic acids so necessary for vital cell reproduction. Yeast and onions share the limelight as best sources for nucleic acids which also prevent cancer and keep one youthful. "Whenever a copy of your JBR comes, that's the end of whatever I am doing until I have digested it all. Sometimes I wonder if you have slipped off the deep end and other times I wish you would be more specific. But with an open mind being a bit concerned that you may jolly well be correct about some of your Men In Black, etc. -- and applying those things that have immediate interest and application, you serve an unprecedented place in inspiration toward working out important aspects of this wild planet and cosmos." Dr. Earl W. Conroy, PO Box 343, Kaitaia, New Zealand Dr. Conroy and his associates have developed some very helpful salves, lotions and ointments from natural products. Send for his list if interested. As for the Nucleic Acid, it's a gas, man! Mrs. Crabb and I were prodded into trying it when Dr. and Mrs. Nelson Decker visited us at headquarters last fall. Some inspired doctor discovered and proved over years of research that nucleic acid does stimulate the DNA and RNA factors in cell life, to reproduce the youthful patterns of earlier years still in cell memory. The book on it is available at most Health Food stores, "Ribo-Nucleic Acid Therapy" by Dr. Benjamin Frank. The suggested procedure was four nucleic acid tablets every four days, along with a hi-protein meal, and B-complex vitamins every day. Standard Process Labs, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53201 offers a 100-tablet bottle of tablets for $6.00. But we found other varieties at a local Health Food storeincluding Schiff's Nucle-Bec: Nucleic Acid plus High B**Complex, plus Rose Hips and Vitamin E, 60 tablets for $3.25. The clerk was encouragingly energetic and youthful look ing for her age. She didn't worry about Dr. Frank's regimen, just took one tablet a day and had been for months. So we've been taking the combination pill every day for over three months now with most encouraging results. The lines haven't disappeared from our faces but they seem to have diminiahed some. More important is the over-all increase in energy and well-being without the old mid-afternoon letdown. We were mindful of the warn ing given by Prof. Luntz in a Mark Probert seance years ago: If you are taking Vitamin pills regularly, take minerals also for balance! So we've been taking a concentrated sea kelp tablet along with the Nucleic Acid. The Deckers also spoke of positive reactions to their Nucleic Acid program during their most recent visit, and looked it, too. Food supplements and the health food program generally must be earning respectability. The conservative Los Angeles "Times" re cently had a whole section devoted to health foods, loaded with ad vertising and with articles by leading authorities in the field. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 32

WHEN THE BANKERS SAY NO, NO WAR! Have you been wondering why President Sadat of Egypt failed to carry out his threat to attack Israel before the end of 1971? The answer was in the "Periscope" section of "Newsweek", Feb. 7, 1972: "NO CASH, NO COMBAT -- Money, it seems, was the root of the hesitance among Egypt's bellicose Arab allies to criticize President Anwar Sadat's failure to carry out his long-standing threats against Is rael (1971, for instance, was to be the 'year of decision'). At a recent meeting of defense chiefs in Cairo, Sadat said Egypt would need $3.5 billion for a new round with Israel. His bid for pledges produced a minuscule $14,000, most of it from minor shieks. Big spenders like Libya and Saudi Arabia hedged, promising to deliver only when fighting was resumed." The real power behind the Arab rulers are their bankers and the Moslem priesthood. Apparently they have decided there is no profit in fighting Israel at this time. The situation in the United States was different back in 1964. When President Johnson wanted to make his place in history as America's "can do" president, our bankers were willing to buy limitless quantities of government bonds to fin ance the holy war against Communism in Vietnam. It was quite a dif ferent story a hundred years ago in America when civil war broke out. At that time the larger banks took their orders from the Rothschild interests in Europe, who were the fidicuiary agents for Pius IX. That pontiff wanted to see America divided and was the first to re cognize Jefferson Davis' rebel government in the South, The Roths childs floated over two billion dollars worth of war bonds for the Confederacy in Europe. But in the States they ordered their bank ing henchmen to thwart Lincoln's efforts to save the Union by caus ing a restriction of money and credit. In desperation Lincoln got Congress to pass a law authorizing the printing and issuance of $450,000,000 in greenbacks to pay the troops, buy supplies and carry on the war to a successful conclusion. Those greenbacks were real, legal, government money. They added nothing to the public debt. They paid no interest to the bankers. For this socialistic crime against private money rights Lincoln had to pay with his life. Apparently the war in Vietnam must still be profitable to some one. Our President has just asked Congress to extend the ceiling on the public debt by another $50 billion. His new budget calls for an increase of over $30 billion for the military, and no effort is made to reduce the staggering deficits of the preceding budgets, and the war goes on. The word from Wall Street must be yes! ONLY SOURCE OF PRE-DELUGE ARTIFACTS This is what Richard S. Shaver claims for his Rock House Studio in Summit, Arkansas 72677. He writes: "Unlike the UFO, rock books are available, present here and now in our sandholes and road cuts and gravel beds and morains. Anyone who has the sense to look for them can find rock books. Anyone can prove them out with a camera and copy lens attachment. . . " Write to "cavern world" Shaver for free descriptive literature. Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 33

WE HAVE A fiOOD THING?

"Your magazine is a good thing, keep it up. Could you give a bit more room to healing procedures, different methods, including some of the ones used by English Witches. Also could you give your views on the upsurge in Black Magic, which appears to be on the in crease world-wide? Cant anything at all be done about these atom bomb tests?" W.M., Bienheim, New Zealand Yes, you can do your bit toward world peace by thinking peace, talking peace, and by supporting those organizations, such as the United Nations, that are working toward unity. Another is the "Universal World Harmony" group with headquarters at The Red House, Lansdown Read, Cheltenham, GL51, 6QL, England. Unifying groups like these are the best counter-force to the "upsurge of Black Ma gic" all over the world, which emphasizes separation and selfishness. We'l] have to look into the healing practices of English Witches. Meanwhile we have word of an effective healing procedure from India. TELETHERAPY WITH GEMS "Enclosed is a dollar for a set of three Lakhvosky Locps, In cidentally, I have used the name and cure method of Taletherapy with some success. My wife was the recipient each time, three in all. One for a vaginal cyst. She was told that minor surgery would be necessary to remove it. In just the first application of the Tele therapy method the cyst broke and drained. Subsequent applications eliminated all traces of the cyst. Of course there is always the possibility that it would have gone away without the use of Tele therapy, but in three cases amongst her friends and relatives (the control group) only surgery helped. Again a persistent throbbing in her right eye disappeared after a ten minute treatment. Also, an all day headache dissipated after one treatment, It works." T.D.P,, New York THIRD EDITION OF "GEM THERAPY" OUT "I have sent you by separ&te Air Mail post one copy of GEM THERAPY, 3rd edition. I shall appreciate it if you publish a re view in your Journal. The American price of the book has been fix ed at $3.00. . . We have a remedy KOCH'S LYMPH in Homeopathy which is effective in Bronchial Pneumonia and Nephritis, but I have not read anything about Koch Glyoxylide. I am getting quite good re sults with the VITIC and the magnet also. In acute pains the horse shoe magnet is very useful. I suspend it with a thread over the painful area and allow the magnet to rotate. It rotates a few times clockwise and anti-clockwise and stops of itself. In many cases of acute pain only one treatment is sufficient to remove completely. In minor b u m s this treatment g.ives an immediate soothing sensation to the area. We may term this as the Mobile Vitic." Dr. A.Kc Bhattacharya, Shastri Villa Naihati, West Bengal, India Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 34

D-CELLS STILL VERY MUCH AVAILABLE We have had several letters of inquiry about Joe Dun Sloan. There has been no response to their orders for D-Cells. He was taken suddenly ill before Christmas and wrote to us from the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, 1200 No. State St., Los Angeles California 90033, Room 4740. He wrote, "Doctor ordered me here. Dont know what it is but it almost got me twice. Some kind of poisoning like Botulism." At that time he had open stomach wounds still to be sewed up but expected to be home in January. Perhaps his recovery has been slower than anticipated. Meanwhile, Associate Thomas A. "TIE KOCh TREATMENT FOR CANCER AND ALLIEL ALLERGIES" Meade Layne, founder-director of BSRA, made a significant con tribution to the fight against cancer in 1950 with the publication and distribution of one of BSRA's most popular brochures, "The Koch Treatment For Cancer and Allied Allergies , with a Sketch of Its History and Present Status. We have responded to President Nixon's challenge to the world to find a cure for this scourge by re-issuing the Koch brochure with added material and illustrations. These in clude a picture of the late Dr. Koch and a copy of his letter to BSRA in 1965. THE FULL KOCH TREATMENT is given, as outlined by several doctors who used it with great success. Not only did they cure cancer with one of the three remedies developed by Koch: Glucose, Parabenzoquinone and Glyoxylide, but also the other common killers of mankind, tuberculosis, syphilis, coronary thrombosis, polio, etc., not to men tion the thousand minor ailments which refuse to yield to the drug therapy offered by the doctors. Koch gave a facny Latin name to his treatment, Aerobic Glycolis. The Koch remedies are not poisonous drugs designed to "cure" specific ailments and requiring a prescrip tion! They are blood purifiers! Once the blood is purified, usual ly with just one shot of Glyoxylide, the body can proceed to heal , itself and stay healed UNLESS the sufferer continues to indulge his vices, and thus poisons his blood again! Part I of this bio-electric approach to health (the Glycolic Acid in the remedy generates electricity, fire, in the cells) also includes a biographical sketch of Dr. William Koch, an introduction to Koch Natural Immunity, and the famous Detroit trial of 1943 in Jan-Feb 1972 RR, Page 35
