The content area that interested me the most is language and culture , because through them students can know socio-cultural aspects in the language and culture , have the opportunity to understand different backgrounds , the use of the cultural communication , apply this knowledge to different situations , be in real situations , know famous people for different countries and know the big variety of culture around the world. As a teachers we can motivate and encourage the students to improve their relations.

Which area will be more difficult for you? Why? Maybe the self-assessment and developing areas, because only a few students will do what it takes to learn by themselves, at least at the beginning of the learning process. Some because they fear not understanding, some because they think the new language is difficult. Sometimes encouraging students and give them advice and counseling as well as materials seems not to be enough.

In which area would you like to develop further? How will you go about it? Id like to develop further in the content for language learning process , because the educational context can give us important experiences that learners could bring into the classroom. The actitudes and motivations are topics that as a teachers we can forget, talking about learning and acquisition I feel that I need to improve enough.

1.- How would you keep the trainees' motivation high during the training? To motivate students, I try to relate all that we see in class with the daily life, and view topics related with their career. But I keep remembering them that the English is very important today.

2.- How could you check and evaluate the learning progress of your trainees during the training? Write down some concrete ideas. To check and evaluate the learning progress I ask them to write a text about their personal life. Ask them to have a little conversation about the subject seen.

3.- How can you improve the learner autonomy of your trainers? In the classroom let them participate taking decisions about the class. And using new technologies to find themselves some topics and discuss them in a forum.
