Quick and easy routine maintenance via retractable service station mounted to uppercarriage. When deployed the service station presentsground level service personnel with fluid service ports at a convenient level. Service station is equipped with quick couplings to service: Diesel fuel tank Engine oil tank Engine coolant Slew gearbox oil Hydraulic oil tank Grease container (two chambers)

Automatic system protection for low oil level, hot oil, cold oil, electronically limited system pressure. Maintaining superior oil cleanliness, hydraulic oil reservoir is closed to atmosphere with minimal air exchange, eliminating moisture and dust infiltration into the system through tank breathers. Predictive pump life with independent pump case flushing and monitoring.
Pump management strategy results in evenly distributed pump life.
Pumps only run when required, resulting in less wear.
Smooth and responsive hydraulic system yielded by industry leading
hydraulic pump priority methodology. Extended component life via system designed to optimize oil temperature control. Easier maintenance with modular control modules.
