Die AEZ RC 44 ist 13,35 meter lang und 3,00 meter breit. Die Segelche betrgt 300 Quadratmeter. Dank CarbonLeichtbauweise wiegt sie nur vier Tonnen und gehrt so zu den besonders schnellen Rennyachten: 24 Knoten Top Speed sind mglich! Ein Tempo von umgerechnet rund 45 km/h, das so manches motorboot nicht einmal erreicht. Zu den 20 Teams aus 12 Nationen, die im 2006 gegrndeten RC 44 Cup aktiv sind, gehren auch bekannte Sportler aus dem Americas Cup wie Russell Coutts und James Spithill. Hot Spots der RC44 Championshiptour sind: Cascais in Portugal, der Traunsee in sterreich, Puerto Calero in Lanzerote, marstrand und viele mehr. The RC44 is 13,35 meters long and 3,00 meters wide. Its sail area measures 300 square meters. Thanks to the carbon-light-weight build it weighs only 4 tons and ranges among/ belongs to the fastest racing yachts in the world: 24 knots top speed are possible some motorboats dont even reach the/this speed of 45km/h. Well-known athletes from Americas Cup such as Russell Coutts und James Spithill are among the 20 teams of 12 nations in the RC 44 Cup that was founded in 2006. AEZ Leichtmetallrder durchlaufen in der Produktion ein bis zu zehnstufiges Kontrollverfahren, beginnend von der Prfung des Rohmaterials ber Rntgen- und Biege-Umlauftests bis hin zum tagelangen Bad in tzenden Dmpfen. Spezialisten, wie AEZ Leichtmetallrder, setzen zustzlich 3 D-Messmaschinen und Helium-Dichtigkeitskontrollen ein. Sicherheitsrelevante Prfungen (Rohmaterial, Rntgen, Mahaltigkeit) werden auf jedes einzelne, produzierte Rad angewandt. Das ist auer bei AEZ nur bei den allerwenigsten Felgenherstellern der Fall. Der Kufer findet das Gtemerkmal Made in Germany eingegossen auf der Innenseite jeder AEZ Felge. Und NUR DANN hat er es mit einem Qualittsrad aus Deutschland zu tun. AlloY wHEEls: How to rECognisE QuAlitY
High quality is not just a question of looks, but primarily safety. This applies especially to AEZ customers who demand more, and rightly so. But how can buyers tell if theyre getting a quality product or something that just looks like it? AEZ alloy wheels go through a 10-step quality control programme, beginning from testing the raw materials, including x-ray and strength testing, and subjecting the wheel for days to caustic fumes.
Specialists, like AEZ Leichtmetallrder, use additional 3-D measurement machines and helium density tests. Safety tests (raw materials, x-ray, and dimensional accuracy) are carried out on each individual wheel. Very few wheel manufacturers with the exception of AEZ, of course do this for every wheel. The quality stamp made in Germany is cast on the inside of each AEZ wheel. And ONLY THEN does that mean our customers are getting a quality wheel from Germany. At the AEZ production plant in Neuenrade the company manufactures cutting-edge alloy wheels. This means highly automated production processes, from casting to finishing.
