Eurofix
Using hovercraft pallets for transporting workpieces between measuring machines and loading stations guarantees a continuous working process. Witte Eurofix systems reduce standing times and simplify measuring and handling of workpieces under working conditions. There is no guiderail system involved on the measuring surface, which means the Z axis can be used to its full potential. Flexibility is not impeded, measuring programmes can be changed at any time according to requirements.

MOBILE JACK UP TROLLEY

Mobile Jack up trolley with hydraulic height adjustment from 7001000mm. Surface area is HC coated with rollers on the long side for easy transfer from table to measuring area. Capacity: 500kg. From 200kg upwards we recommend a support on the face surface of the measuring machine.

Hovercraft plates For moving and positioning heavy workpieces on coordinate measuring machines. The hovercraft plates have a grid pattern on the top surface. Underneath the air layer is created in such a manner that thread sleeves, T-slots or small gaps between the measuring machine and setting up area can be bridged easily. The air is supplied via a rapid-action coupling and a handle valve.

Hovercraft on a scissor trolley

Eurofix Maxi Describes hovercraft plates built in a modular way according to customers request (i.e. dimension, quantity, and type of grid). Under the grid plate, depending on the load, special air cushions are mounted, which excel in their capacity for moving over gaps and small height differences. Each air cushion is supplied with the required amount of air by means of its own pressure valve. This means that uneven loading of the pallet is possible. The maxi pallets can be used on normal even surfaces.

PALLET SYSTEM

Fixed loading station with Eurofix hovercraft technology

Pallet system Measuring machines are being used more and more under production conditions meaning that loading and idle times must be kept to a minimum. That is why we developed WITTE EUROFIX Palletizing System. It consists of a modular setting-up plate near measuring machines and hovercraft pallets to mount and position workpieces on it. Measuring machines remain free for measuring operations, avoiding the risk of damage caused by transport via fork-lift or crane. The setting up plate should be positioned directly near measuring machines. The profiles are determined depending on size of setting up plate and weight of workpieces to be moved. The base, made of precision aluminium profiles allows to adapt it to match any height of measuring table.

Surfaces are in hard-slide coated aluminium plates. Stops are fixed all around edges to prevent the pallets from sliding off. Capacity: 500 kg/m2. Evenness of the table surface: 0,02/100 mm or 0,05/500 mm Also available with automatic pallet exchange
