Winston Churchill conquers his first term as a prime minister at the 10th of May 1940 just a few months from the start of the second WW where he was appointed First Lord of the Admiralty and a member of the war Cabinet. When Churchill rises to prime-minister he proclaims the famous statement We shall never surrender. For great surprise Churchill lost the 1945 elections but still he didnt gave up and became leader of the opposition.

After six years on 1951 elections he won again where he had to face the decline of the British Empire with many rebellions against the British army

Good Morning everyone my working is about a Great man, as you can see behind its about Winston Churchill, so lets start. Who was Winston Churchill? Sir. Winston Churchill was born at 30th November 1874, son of Lord Randolph Churchill and lady Jennie Jerome an aristocratic and noble family. Winston Churchill started his life on the Military service where he would learn all the military skills that he would need as prime-minister during the war. Politics never scared Churchill and he has spent over 50 fifty years at the forefront of politics. Churchill server for two terms as prime-minister at 1940 and 1951.

As an teenager Winston applied to attend the Royal Military college he as applied for cavalry due to his dislike to Mathematics. In 1895 Churchill travelled to Cuba where we would learn and write about the fights of Cuban Guerrillas against the Spanish. In India fought under the command of General Jeffery he also wrote articles for newspapers and a quote became famous Whether it was worth it I cannot tell

When transferred to Egypt in 1898 Churchill served two military officers whom we would work during First World Ward, wrote he two volume The River War and has his first opportunity to begin a Parliamentary career wich he failed.
After failing in Oldham he look for other opportunity and has become a war correspondent for The Morning Post where he was captured and imprisoned where he escaped and became a minor national hero.
