Why Are We Aging Prematurely?

Aging is not a disease. It is part of the life process. However, aging prematurely is a serious problem that most of us are facing. Aging prematurely results from the misuse of our mental and physical forces which fatally leads to sadness, chronic stress, distress and disease. The good news is that our behaviours can easily be changed by adopting a strategy that is based on a more respectful use of both our mind and body attributes. Over two thousand years ago, we have isolated our mind from our body. Ever since, the scientific community has centred its research on the material aspect of the person the body - and left the non measurable forces of the mind to religions. And we still behave as if our mind and body were part of two different worlds. Today, when a health problem arises we see a physician who prescribes us some things 98% of the time. During these consultations, the most important part of our person the mind is rarely identified as part of the solution. Exceptionally, the physician who suspects a troubled mind will refer the person to a psychologist. If lucky, the psychologists consultation will occur before any important damage is done to the person. In any case, the non stop iterative interrelations occurring between our mind and body do not receive much consideration. In our day-to-day life, we follow exactly the same pattern of thought and consider our person as a body that has physical needs almost exclusively: physical exercise, quality nutrition, proper breathing, medication, skin firming agents, hormonal treatments, cosmetic surgery, etcand not much is done for the mind. Consequently, most of todays anti-aging solutions are about one or several of the above physical treatments. But today, quantum physic tells us that the interactions or invisible forces between the elements are just as important if no more than the elements themselves and that there is no such thing as isolated elements or particles. Our body and mind are part of the same world, not different worlds. There is an urgent need that we bring our body and mind back together and make them work as A TEAM. People who have a healthy long life are definitely those who consider themselves as a whole and make an excellent use of both their body and mind on a daily basis. The secrets of longevity reside in the positive use of all forces material and immaterial - animating us.

How Emotions Impact Longevity

EMOTIONS play a very important role in our lives. It is the emotions that allow us to react to the external world and deal with it on a daily basis. Our psychosomatic network generates a variety of emotions (fear, anger, sadness, scorn, disgust, surprise, joy) which sends to our cells the chemical compounds (peptides) generating the behaviours generally essential to our survival. The emotional feedback informs our mental network of the new situations: it ensures the link between our physical and mental forces, between our body and spirit. It elevates our consciousness, ensures the memorization of new experiences and controls our decisions and actions. Emotional feedback can influence our psychosomatic network positively or negatively. It can contribute to maintain our health but it can also, to the contrary, be the source of important chronic stress and diseases. The three emotions that influence us most are FEAR, ANGER and SADNESS. It is well known that we are influenced by negative emotions much more easily than we are by positive ones. This is why each emotion must be interpreted intelligently. The fear of others and the fear of lacking resources are not always rational. Irrational fears are often the source of our obsession towards security and money. Irrational fears can also destabilize our immune system and facilitate the development of one of the numerous inflammatory diseases. Collective irrational fears can also have a disastrous effect on our society by destabilizing our financial markets or putting us at war. To the contrary, empathic personal interactions (such as those suggested by the emotional intelligence) can engender positive emotions which contribute to our success, wellness and health. We must remember that emotions have a physical origin and that physical processes have a cycle which is generally slower than that of thoughts and mental network. Therefore, it is important that we slow down our thinking process and always take the time required to do an adequate interpretation of our emotions. Our fast logical mind could push us in the trap of repeating old patterns and make us loose key messages carried out by our emotions. Listening carefully to our emotions and emotional feedback and giving them the right interpretation at all times can significantly prolong our state of wellness and health and have a positive impact on our longevity. But, this force must be exerted in coherence with the other mental and physical forces. The misuse of one or several of the other mental and physical forces could easily cancel out a part or all of the anticipated emotional benefits. Do you really take advantage of your emotions? How the Cognition Process Can Increase Longevity True cognition, Wellness and Longevity
Living is in itself a process of cognition. Perception is unique to each observer: it is through perception that individuals create their own reality. It depends on what the observer is interested to. It can also vary substantially from time to time for any given observer or between different observers depending on the emotions of the moment and on the time invested to the act of observation and process in use: True cognition VS Stereotyping. Our PERCEPTION is our REALITY. Consequently, there are as many realities that there are people on earth. Our eyes can capture only a part of the global reality that is surrounding us. Our eyes are the instrument the lenses of the visual cortex of our brain. And it is the visual cortex of our brain that really sees and keeps the imprints of the pictures. Surprisingly, our brain can only see what it knows exist. This is why the learning process and the acquisition of new knowledge are so important. Moreover, the visual cortex of our brain cannot make the difference between what is real and what is not. Numerous experiments have demonstrated that identical cerebral activities do occur whether the person is facing a real object or a similar virtual object. This is exactly what happens when we dream: the pictures contemplated during a dream have the same effect on our brain than real pictures would have. Perception is the only way that we have to appreciate the outside world. This is our only reality. We must make sure that it is not disturbed by erroneous or incomplete information. We must ensure that our interpretation of what we see and know is generally correct without falling in the trap of following the crowd. To accomplish this, we need to remain well connected to the outside world and be aware of the different possibilities. Having a sound perception of the reality at all times can significantly prolong our state of wellness and health, and increase the longevity of our cells. But, to be effective, this invisible force must be exerted in coherence with the other mental and physical forces: the misuse of one or several of the interrelated forces could easily cancel out a part or all of the anticipated true perceptions benefits. How acute is your own perception?

Longevity Missing Links: Energy and Information

Everything in the universe boils down to Energy and Information. Matter is nothing but Energy that temporarily takes form. The invisible interactions and forces that orchestrate the dance of particles and give to matter a form of intelligence over time can be seen as some of the most subtle types of Information. In fact, subtle Energy and Information are found at all levels of matter organization atoms, molecules, micro-organisms, cells, organs and all living entities. Life can only be maintained through a free flow of Energy and Information. A living entity that would not regularly benefit from a free flow of Energy and Information would atrophy and die prematurely. Among other things, Longevity depends upon this peculiar ability that we have to feed both our Mind and Body with the appropriate level of Energy and Information on a continuous basis. Fortunately, Mother Nature has given us plenty of tools allowing us to accomplish this delicate work day after day. Our psychosomatic network is supported by two sets of tools generally known as physical and mental attributes. The physical attributes feeding, breathing, networking, exercising, emotional intelligence and action - are the one that we know best and that we exploit on a regular basis. And this is the case mainly because we continue to behave as if belonging to a mechanical dead world a world that can ignore the invisible non measurable forces of the Mind. But, in a living world like the one we belong to, the mental attributes perception, meaning, participation, imagination, expectation and adaptation - which are Information dependant, are essential to our Wellness, Health and Longevity. Maximal Longevity requires that our Body and Mind work as a TEAM on a continuous basis. Moreover, each of these attributes or forces physical and mental - interacts on each other several times every second. As a result, the misuse of one or several of these attributes is sufficient to affect the others and eventually have a negative impact on our Wellness, Health and Longevity. For those who want to know more about these attributes, the Anti-Aging Inner Secrets document reveals what can be seen as the secrets of Mother Nature on the most appropriate use of the - material and immaterial - forces involved. What did you do lately to allow a free flow of Energy and Information through your Body and Mind? How would you like to know more about the road to Wellness, Health and Longevity?

Longevity through Adaptation and Resilience

ADAPTATION is one of the most fundamental survival tools of complex living systems. Any living entity will change only if it sees change as a means of preserving itself. Self-reference explains why living systems are motivated to change; they will change to stay the same. No two people see the world exactly the same; discovering what is meaningful to a person, group or organization is the first essential task. In a living system, self-reference is the source of growth and vitality. The capacity of a network to communicate with itself is truly impressive; its transmission capability far surpasses any other mode of communication; the system learns more about itself from itself; a living network will transmit only what it decides is meaningful. We must know who we are, our beliefs, our values, our intentions, our patterns of behaviour. Self-actualization materializes mainly through the self-reinforcing feedback resulting from iterative networking processes. Change is caused by processes that are immaterial; we must look for these invisible processes rather than the things that they engender. Those who will not adapt to past events over which they have no more control, will not survive: they will atrophy and die. To the other end, those who will not be resilient enough and resist to the external forces for which they are still in control, will hardly progress and succeed. Adapting quickly to new situations in all circumstances can significantly prolong our state of wellness and health and substantially increase our longevity. But, this invisible force must be exerted in coherence with the other mental and physical forces. The misuse of one or several of the other interrelated mental and physical forces could easily cancel out a part or all of the anticipated adaptations benefits. How quickly can you adapt to new situations?
