Anlisis de Ambiente (Environment Analysis) Tata Motors El desarrollo de la estrategia de una compaa tiene como objetivo lograr altos

niveles de ejecucin en los mercados donde opera. Para alcanzar las metas establecidas en el plan estratgico es crtico que se evalen los atributos que debe poseer la estrategia corporativa para lograr la ventaja competitiva en el mercado.
