Registered in England No. 06245017. 1. Kaplan Open Learning (Essex) Limited is in no way responsible for checking the eligibility of individuals enrolling upon the online mentoring programme for the Oxford Brookes BSc in Applied Accounting. 2. All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving an intake place. 3. Full payment is required on completion of the enrolment form and before commencement of studies. 4. Should you decide to discontinue your studies; refunds will only be provided when notice of cancellation has been received in writing prior to the intake start. (The cost of books and postage will not be refunded). Commenced programmes will incur a 100 cancellation fee within the first 14 days. There will be no refunds after this 14 day period. 5. A deferral can be processed to the following submission period if Kaplan Open Learning (Essex) Limited is notified in writing. An administration charge of 125 will be charged prior to recommencement. It may be necessary to purchase new study materials upon recommencement of deferred study. These are not included in amounts previously paid and will be invoiced separately. 6. Kaplan Open Learning (Essex) Limited reserves the right to change mentors, start dates and prices from the published information, at its discretion. 7. Students' / delegates' arrangements with Kaplan Open Learning (Essex) Limited and Kaplan Publishing Limited are governed by English law. 8. Postage to a UK address is included in the course fee. We charge a one-off fee for postage and packaging of 10 for EU countries and 40 for all other countries.
