1.Introduction Socially, we can consider forms of school failure: the dropout, social and professional exclusion, illiteracy. Dropouts are characterized by early school leaving before obtaining a complete professional qualification or training or before the conclusion of the study began. Possible factors that cause dropout To reduce the number of dropuots we should identify and study several causes: A) The schools situated in disadvantaged areas are characterized by isolation, poverty and lack of successful socio-professional opportunities for graduates. Having a lack of motivation, many secondary school students quit in the first years of study, remaining to give a helping hand in their households or people working as laborers in the villages. The poverty of the communities in disadvantaged areas restricts parents to give children education resources. This condition often causes, the use of children for labor by parents. The lack of interest in school can be explained by economic pressures, the personal disappointment of parents and the lack of culture of the community, who may be susceptible to formal institutions. B) The origin of students culture - educational research in the field have revealed that the socio-cultural background of students is one of the most important variable in the success or failure of the student and professional school. Family attitude is very important in relation to school. Their knowledge identify possible sources of tension or blockage manifested in relationship to career school youth is an important factor in preventing dropout. educational methods and lack of parents authority, cool attitude, indifference or contrary, their tyrannical, here are some other issues that lead to the abandonment school. D) Social and economic factors - such as political crises, economic, social and moral collapse of the social protection system, confusion or lack of rules or values - these are the causes that lead to students disorientation, their removal and educational environment and finally dropout. E) Educational factors - insubordination against the rules of school, truancy, absenteeism, grade repetition, poor motivation and interest in relation to school teachers mistakes (in attitudes and relationships, professional competence, moral authority) - also have an important role in dropout phenomenon. F) Entourage - the poor quality students with a mentally unstable due to deficiencies in childhood - desire to escape from under education or family, the desire to capture objects, clothes or food by devious ways - these are the causes for the school abandonments. 3. Conclusion School came to be abandoned, also becase these days, the hierarchy does not matter, it is not perceived as a value. There is also talk of confidence in the school, the values obtained, ranked by the amount of teaching embedded in them. Therefore, a campaign to combat serious dropout must mean, after all, a drawing school of abandonment found. For a better prevention of the school abandonment it is necessary to know the every childs skills and needs, children need to be integrated in education although his religion or ethnicity is different from other children. Education for all is a need of our age. It depends on each individual, his responsibility and involvement, for it to become a reality from which they can all learn and grow.
