THE SYSTEM OF RESPONSIBILITY RELATIONS
IN JOINT-STOCK LAW
This article provides a detailed analysis of cases and peculiarities in
internal and external joint- stock relations. The author draws a conclusion
that the condition for the responsibility in internal relations is based upon
encroachments of mixed type (on right of property and legal status of
subjects); the responsibility in external relations is of a complex type
and, according to the general rule, has compensatory-restoration
orientation.
