ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to understand the aspect of School Staffs ' Well-being to explore
principals servant leadership of, and the justice of organization between principals servant
leadership and staffs well-being, as the role of intervening variables .This study used Stratified
random sampling to collect the questionnaires of staff of elementary school of new Tainan City. The
total of questionnaires is 645, the valid questionnaires was 567 copies. The valid rate of return was
87.91%. Statistical method is controlling personal background variables, the intermediary
hierarchical regression analysis to understand the organizational justice in the principals of servant
leadership staffs well-being.
The results indicate that: 1. Servant leadership for well- being is significantly positive
influence; 2.If principals have higher the intensity of servant leadership, the organization has the
higher perception of justice; 3. Organizational justice in the servant leadership of well-being
between fully intervening Variable the effect. Finally, for results of these findings, and supply the
recommendations to principal and future research.
