Job Title: HRIS Analyst Location: Seattle, WA 98109 Compensation: $53-70K+/yr DOE Job Description: HRIS Analyst

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY: The HRIS Analyst assists and supports the Human Resources team and is responsible for ensuring the data integrity and maintenance of employee data within all HR systems, producing reports and metrics for compliance and decision-making, and developing and integrating detailed operating procedures. Will assist with system planning, controls, testing and implementation of HR solutions as well as advise HR partners and users on systems, programs and interpretation of policies. In addition, will investigate issues and facilitate resolutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for maintaining HRIS data entry/integrity of employee and organizational information. This includes systems and data such as ADP and SAP. Primary contact for HR systems including employee and manager self-service and system training. Conduct data audits to ensure business processes and systems comply with the high-test level of accuracy for reporting needs while investigating and identifying potential areas of improvement. Developing standardized and ad hoc reports to support daily HRIS operations and performance. Maintains and creates all process documentation for HR Operations and assists with other HR functions. Coordinating internal requests for documents, reports, or preparation of relevant data. Table Updates Additions, deletions, modifications to ADP Ev5 Foundation Tables. Assists with HR special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Maintains Employee evaluation tracking and Vessel Visitation reports for ISO/ISM audits, makes recommendations to improve process. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards. Must be a decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective. Diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility. Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex human resource related documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelors degree in human resources, information systems or related field. Three plus years HRIS system administration experience with ADP and/or SAP. ADP portal and security administration a plus. Experience with Manager and Employee Self Service, including designing and implementing security trees and settings. Proven ability to function as internal HRIS SME developing and implementing technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance. Highly proficient with Excel and working knowledge of SharePoint. Customer service focus, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Detail oriented, demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as strong data entry skills. ADPR experience preferred.
