• Responsible for sourcing till the closure for the below mentioned positions
 Manager/ASM - Fresh/RTC

 Store operation - CSA/C&A/MSR
• Responsible for scheduling interviews for all the levels
• Responsible for conducting RPAT and PI test for candidates
• Responsible for providing SAP training program for Managers.
• Taking care of associates transfer, store allocation and salary fixation.
• Responsible for joining formalities for all level employees for ROTN.
• Providing proper guidance for new joinees to fill the joining forms clearly without
any difficulty.

Payroll module with 0% error.

in time without any problem.

Salary & Reimbursements:

• Taking care of Salary related activities for ROTN (1000 employees in various
locations)

Statutory Compliances

getting medical benefits.

• Handling PF transfers and withdrawals.

• Ensure Updation and maintenance of Registers under Shop & Establishment act in
office and all stores.

• Ensure all the abstracts are displayed in office & Stores for Coimbatore cluster
through HR store visit.
• Taking care of Training program related to statutory activities to Store mangers
and front line employees(C&A)

Separation Process

• Responsible for Separation for front line employees in SAP.


• Ensure Resignation process is completed in R-connect
• Arranging for Exit Interview and clearance formalities for managerial employees.
