MANAGERS IN HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE BOARD

NOTIFICATION NO.54/2011 (General Recruitment).
It is hereby informed that on the basis of the merit in the Written Examination held on
29/07/2012 for Recruitment to the post of Managers in Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply &
Sewerage Board (General Recruitment) Notified vide Commissions Notification No.54/2011, the
candidates with the following Register Numbers have been called for verification of Original
Certificates on 15/04/2013 at 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM in the Commissions Office, subject to fulfilling the
conditions regarding eligibility other aspects of the recruitment. The candidates are required to
download the Call Letter (Memo), Two Checklists, Two Attestation Forms & Other relevant
formats and produce the original certificates as mentioned below along with one set of Photostat copies
along with 2 passport size photos duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent).

Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government servant (Regular Service
certificate from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC
Instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate.
Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./R.D.O).
School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in school or Residence Certificate
issued by the MRO in case of private study seven years including and prior to SSC.
Original Qualification Certificates of Qualification (Tenth, Bachelor Degree in
Engineering in the concerned branch.
Two Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and attested by
Gazetted Officer.
Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 29/07/2012.
Two Passport size photographs.
If, on further Verification it is found that any candidate is not Eligible with reference to
the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the
candidature of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage in the
process of selection.
The candidates must note that his/her admission to the verification of certificates
is purely provisional and should not be construed as final selection.
