Note : The Induction Programme being a motivational programme, the deliberations should not be confined to theoretical classes or lectures delivered but it should be made interesting, attractive, participatory and also brain-storming. Discussion on the aims of education according to Idealism,Naturalism and Pragmatism, and which of these schools philosophy is relevant in the present day context? 3 Understanding the Child Discussion on importance of co-curricular activities for growth and development of the students 4 Children as Diverse Learners From experiences as teachers how suitable environment in classroom can be created to meet the individual differences in children 5 Teacher and Society What should be teachers contribution towards the society. Discussion based on own experiences
