I, Paolo Bondoc, resident of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, sixty years of age, and of a sound and disposing mind, hereby declared this to be my last will and testament; 1.I give and devise to my children, Jimmy Bondoc and Kyla Bondoc, pro indiviso, my fishpond in Malabon City and covered by Certificate of Title No. 4572842, of the Register of Deeds of the City of Malabon; 2.The net residue of my estate, real and personal, after payment of just debts, I give, bequest and devise to my wife, Nina Bondoc.
