RANCH LOSERS
Everyone on the Ranch is encouraged to attend this
Fall/Winter to get healthier and/or lose weight.
Here are some suggestions made and adopted as
guidelines:
 There are no leaders; we are all equally as
important to the success of this group.
A volunteer each week will hold the next
week’s meeting with an inspirational message
to the group.
 There should be no discussions concerning
other areas of the Ranch (i.e., employees,
politics, rumors, gossip, etc.).
 This program should be a positive approach to
getting healthy both in mind, body and spirit.
 There will be no specific diet to follow or
products endorsed; everyone controls your
own weight loss/exercise program.
 We will have a private weigh-in/measurement
time at each meeting; these are voluntary and
will be done in pairs. Partners will record the
total amount of weight/inches loss for each
other and a total will be turned in. A weekly
cumulative total will be calculated and the
total amount of pounds and inches lost by the
whole group will be posted regularly in the
9Lines (a doctor’s scale is being member
donated to this program).
We chose the name LOSERS-R-WINNERS and
weekly meetings will begin on:
Tuesday each week until further notice.
Morning meeting is at 10:00 a.m.
Evening meeting is at 4:30 p.m.
You can attend either meeting (or both if you want).
Bring your ideas - let’s get started!
