Amends Council Rules by stating requiring that prospective nominees for
President and Vice President submit a memo to Council at least one week prior
to a Council Meeting at which a vote is to be taken on the election of a

seek, their goals, and vision for the ensuing year, and any other information
they might find useful to secure their nomination. This memo will be public and
be published as part of the agenda for the Council meeting at which the
election takes place.
