Good morning sir/madam. This is Vikas Kumar. My educational qualification are: I have completed my 10th standard in 2005 from up board and also 12th standard in 2007. I have completed my graduation in 2010 from integral university Lucknow. I have completed my post-graduation in 2014 from Osmania university Hyderabad. Coming to my family background. My father is a private employee in banking sector. My mother is a housewife. I have 1 elder sister and 2 elder brother. My personal details are. My strength are hardworking and truth person. My weakness are emotional and a little shy. My hobbies are playing cricket and indoor games.

2) Being a fresher I have no knowledge but I am ability to work with your organization am a hardworking, loyal person and also have the ability work in team and facing new challenge where I can put our best as well I improve our skill. 3) Strength:
1- Good motivator, 2- Confident, 3- Hard working, 4- Career conscious, 5- Don't trust anybody, 6- Independent, 7- Expect lot of myself, 8- Keen to learn, 9- Can understand every point of view of life, 10- never say 'no' to work. Weakness: 1234567Think too much but act less, Quick angry girl, Comparing people, Afraid of pending work, Emotional, Want everything in a hurry, Work more and more in a less time.

Strengths: I am optimistic & tolerant in nature. I have good adaptability & Equanimity. I have no restrictions regarding my working location & number of working hours. Weakness: work-a-holic & at times over thinker.

4) As being a fresher and I need a good platform to enhance my skills and knowledge. Your reputed company is a one of best platform for start career of a fresher. It will be my opportunity to start my career train with your growing company where I will not only develop my skills and knowledge but also contribute my best effort to achieve goal of company.

5) Confidence in the sense feeling that he can do anything without any obstacles. If so he can overcome that using his knowledge. Over confidence in the sense he is not knowledgeable but he shown to be a wise person. 6) Explained with the help of an example. A man keeps on cutting trees with an un-sharp saw, he does manage to cut a few number of trees (this is hard work). Had he sharpened the saw he could have managed to cut many more number of trees (this is smart work). So utilizing your resources efficiently means smart work.

7) As I am fresher working nights and weekends I take it as opportunity to show my strengths that are I am punctual, honest and hardworking.

8) As I said, when I was introducing myself that I am a positive thinker, cool and calm even under pressurizing situation. So I can do the work under pressure and that I know that working under pressure will give me new experience. 9) Yes of-course sir, it would be pleasure for me. It will give me an opportunity to interact with different culture people and gaining new experience and knowledge, which would be benefit for me as well as my company also. 10) My long term goal I want to become a shine star in my profession and achieved high respect form the society. My short term goal is I want to win present situation. 11) Two things that motive me fist my parents who sacrifices and fulfill my need whenever I feel difficulty they short my problem. So I want to give him happiness and secondly those people who criticize me I show them my altitude of success. 12) Sir, it is quite common for anyone to get angry at some point of time, even I get angry when someone criticizes on others failure. But the best part is I will never exhibit my anger. Life is all about making right choices. 13) Anything done at the right time, right place with right knowledge, right purpose and with right things always yields the right output. And that follows creativity. 14) As I am a fresher, if you give me an opportunity to work in this organization I will feel its my pleasure to work and I will work for the company as long as company requires my service and as long as I will grow technically and economically.

15) I am not over qualified neither any one because leaning has no boundary and everyone learn something daily personally or professionally. 16) An ideal company is one where I can utilize my skills and abilities and can gain more knowledge. An ideal job is one which gives self-satisfaction to me. Location does not matter. And taking photos of my child. 20) Sir, telling lie is not at all a solution to problems. Truly saying, lie itself create major problems because telling lie is the easiest thing but to hide that lie, we have to tell another 100 lies. So beyond telling lie, I find an alternate solution to solve the problem. 21) My failures are inspired me. I believe that we learn more from failure than success. So I learned a lot from failures and I can guide to others towards success. 22) My toughest decision was to choose between higher education and job. I choose job because getting more practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge is more important for a better carrier. 23) As a fresher I don't think so. To be a good businessman 1st we must be a good employee. Now I want to be a good employee by improving my skills by taking some risks. After that basing on my interest I will think about it. 24) The word success defines the achievement of something that we have been trying to do, Success for me is the starting of new hope & desires because it never end. 25) Yes I will work why because the money without any effort will not give me any satisfaction. The money which I have earned with my hard work will make me happy. Money will not make me to learn new things but hard work will. 26) It is a very good company. Your company give opportunity to the employees to prove their talent and allow them to show their creativity and face the challenges. You are provide good salaries according to their work and employs are full satisfied with your company by providing good facilities. 27) Sir, being a fresher I just want to improve my knowledge and gain experience. But as a part of an interview I would rate you 9. 5 out of 10 because I feel comfortable in front of you and your friendly attitude to me.
