TERMS & CONDITIONS (I) MEMBERSHIP 1) Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 years and above. 2) The AEON MEMBER Card is not a credit card or charge card. 3) The employees of AEON CO. (M) BHD. are not eligible to apply and use the AEON MEMBER Card. 4) The promoters are not allowed to use their AEON MEMBER Card during working hours and strictly not on customer purchases. 5) The AEON MEMBER Card is renewable at the annual membership fee of RM12. 6) AEON MEMBER Cardholders may choose to renew their membership for 3 years at the price of 2 years renewal fee, of which amounting to RM24. In this event, AEON MEMBER Points cannot be used to redeem this renewal. In the event that the AEON MEMBER Card has since expired for more than a year, the same shall not be entitled to this renewal offer. 7) In the event the AEON MEMBER Card expires, AEON MEMBERS shall have the option to either apply for a new AEON MEMBER Card or renew the AEON MEMBER Card at any AEON MEMBER Customer Service Counter. In the case of application for a new AEON MEMBER Card, all the points and rebates accumulated from the expired card shall not be carried forward to the new AEON MEMBER Card and the points and rebates shall be null and void. 8) In the event the AEON MEMBER Card is renewed, the date of renewal will commence on the day after expiry date and upon renewal, the AEON MEMBER shall be entitled to all the points and rebates accumulated previously. 9) Free sign-up points of 100 AEON MEMBER Points shall subject to the following conditions: AEON MEMBER Cards that have since expired for more than a year are not entitled to this offer. 100 AEON MEMBER Points will take 1 day to be updated into the Member account. 100 AEON MEMBER Points is valid for 3 years, ending on 31st of December of the respective year. 10) Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders have the right to terminate the supplementary card under special circumstances. 11) The supplementary membership will expire together with the principal cards expiry regardless of the application date for the supplementary card. 12) The members must present the AEON MEMBER Card to the cashier before any transaction to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to do so, the amounts spent will not be taken into account for rebates or points accumulation. 13) All correspondences and promotional information shall be forwarded to the Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders only. 14) If an AEON MEMBER Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM5 will be charged for a replacement card. 15) The AEON MEMBER Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the AEON member only. 16) AEON. CO (M) BHD. reserves the right to use and utilise the database information for marketing purposes. 17) AEON. CO (M) BHD. reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdraw of the AEON MEMBER Card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice. 18) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, AEON CO. (M) BHD. shall give advance notice to all members in the manner AEON CO. (M) BHD. deems appropriate. 19) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to omit, add or amend the AEON MEMBER Card Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing AEON MEMBER Card Terms and Conditions. (II) REBATE COLLECTION PROGRAMME 1) Rebates will be issued upon minimum spending of RM500 at any of our General Merchandising Stores (GMS) over a period of 6 months. Purchases made from 1 January till 30 June (Gift Vouchers are available for collection between 1 August till 30 November) Purchases made from 1 July till 31 December (Gift Vouchers are available for collection between 1 March till 30 June) AEON CO. (M) BHD. will not entertain any collection request beyond the stipulated collection time frame. 2) The eligible members will be notified. AEON CO. (M) BHD. will not bear any responsibility for mail failure or late arrival of rebate letters due to postal delays. Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders shall check with any AEON Member Customer Service Centre if they have not received any notification during the stated period. 3) The Rebate amount entitlement in the AEON MEMBER System is final and no further correspondence will be entertained. 4) The following items are not included in the rebate calculation: Purchases of AEON Gift Vouchers, wine and liquor, cigarettes, telephone cards, mobile phone prepaid cards and stamps. Purchases from the Supermarket, Customer Service Counter, Food Court, The Egg House, Arena Restaurant, La Boheme, Pharmacy, Vehicles, Eneos, Molly Fantasy and MaxValu Supermarket. Purchases from tenants outlets and Eneos Delivery charges Repair & service charges Stamp Duty & Easy Payment AEON MEMBER Day & AEON MEMBER Fiesta 5) Only Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders with a valid/non-expired AEON MEMBER Card are eligible for the rebate redemption. 6) Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders are required to produce their AEON MEMBER Card, I.C. or passport and the original rebate letter in order to redeem the Gift Vouchers. 7) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to refuse any voucher redemption for any reason or if it is suspected that the rebates were fraudulently accumulated by the AEON Member or wrongly recorded. 8) Photocopy of I.C./passport is required during application of AEON MEMBER Card for record purposes. (III) POINTS COLLECTION PROGRAMME 1) Every Ringgit spent in AEON outlets shall be converted to 1 point. 2) Points expiry date: 3 years from the year points have been accumulated. E.g. Points for purchases made in year 2009 will expire on 31 December 2012. 3) The following items are not included in the points calculation: Purchases made from AEON Gift Vouchers, cigarettes, telephone cards, mobile phone prepaid cards and stamps Purchases made from The Egg House, Eneos and tenants outlets Delivery charges Repair & service charges Stamp Duty & Easy Payment 4) AEON Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except in those stated in the AEON Points Redemption Programme. 5) AEON Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/or not for sale to any other persons. 6) Only valid Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders holding a valid/non-expired AEON MEMBER Card with sufficient points are eligible for the gift redemption. 7) Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders are required to produce their AEON MEMBER Card and I.C. or passport for the redemption of gifts. 8) Upon AEONs acceptance of the redemption order, AEON MEMBERS shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s). 9) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemed item if AEON CO. (M) BHD. has any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded. 10) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of similar or equivalent value without prior notice. 11) AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to deduct the balance of a members points accumulation in the event that: any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded; any point is recorded in error; and any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.

SYARAT DAN PERATURAN (I) KEAHLIAN 1) Permohonan adalah dibuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia dan Singapura yang berusia 18 tahun dan ke atas. 2) Kad AEON MEMBER bukanlah kad kredit atau kad caj. 3) Kakitangan AEON CO. (M) BHD. tidak layak untuk memohon dan menggunakan Kad AEON MEMBER. 4) Promoter tidak dibenarkan menggunakan Kad AEON MEMBER mereka semasa waktu kerja dan tidak dibenarkan sama sekali digunakan ke atas pembelian pelanggan. 5) Kad AEON MEMBER boleh diperbaharui dengan yuran keahlian tahunan sebanyak RM12. 6) Pemegang Kad AEON MEMBER dapat memilih untuk memperbaharui keahlian mereka untuk tempoh selama 3 tahun pada harga pembaharuan bagi tempoh 2 tahun, iaitu RM24. Dalam keadaan yang sama, mata ganjaran AEON MEMBER tidak dapat digunakan untuk menebus pembaharuan tersebut. Ahli AEON yang memegang kad yang telah luput melebihi 1 tahun tidak layak untuk menggunakan tawaran pembaharuan ini. 7) Sekiranya Kad AEON MEMBER anda tamat tempoh sahnya, ahli Kad AEON MEMBER mempunyai pilihan sama ada untuk memohon kad baru atau memperbaharui keahlian Kad AEON MEMBER tersebut. Sekiranya Ahli AEON memilih untuk membuat permohonan baru Kad AEON MEMBER, semua mata ganjaran & rebat untuk kad yang sudah tamat tempoh sahnya tidak boleh dipindahkan ke akaun baru Ahli AEON dan semua mata ganjaran dan rebat adalah batal dan tidak sah. 8) Sekiranya Kad AEON MEMBER diperbaharui, tarikh pembaharuan akan bermula dari tarikh selepas tarikh tamat tempoh sah. Oleh demikian, pada tarikh pembaharuan Kad AEON MEMBER, Ahli AEON masih layak untuk semua mata ganjaran dan rebat yang dikumpulkan sebelum ini. 9) Pemberian 100 mata ganjaran percuma semasa pendaftaran adalah tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut: Kad AEON MEMBER yang telah luput melebihi 1 tahun adalah tidak layak untuk tawaran ini. 100 mata ganjaran Ahli AEON akan mengambil tempoh 1 hari untuk dikemaskini ke akaun Ahli AEON. 100 mata ganjaran Ahli AEON sah untuk tempoh 3 tahun, berakhir pada 31hb Disember. 10) Pemegang kad Ahli AEON utama berhak untuk membatalkan kad tambahan atas sebab-sebab tertentu. 11) Keahlian kad tambahan akan tamat mengikut tarikh tamat tempoh kad utama tanpa mengira tarikh permohonan kad tambahan tersebut. 12) Ahli AEON mesti menyerahkan Kad AEON MEMBER kepada juruwang sebelum setiap urusniaga bagi memastikan jumlah yang dibelanjakan dapat direkod dan mata ganjaran dapat dikumpulkan. Kegagalan berbuat demikian akan mengakibatkan jumlah yang dibelanjakan tidak dapat diambil kira untuk rebat atau pengiraan mata ganjaran. 13) Semua urusan surat-menyurat dan maklumat promosi akan dihantar kepada pemegang kad Ahli AEON utama sahaja. 14) Jika Kad AEON MEMBER dicuri, hilang atau rosak, yuran sebanyak RM5 akan dikenakan untuk kad gantian. 15) Kad AEON MEMBER tidak boleh dipindah milik dan hanya untuk kegunaan eksklusif Ahli AEON. 16) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menggunakan maklumat pangkalan data untuk tujuan pemasaran. 17) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak untuk menolak pengeluaran atau menarik balik Kad AEON MEMBER pada bila-bila masa atau membatalkan keahalian apabila perlu tanpa seberang notis. 18) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menangguh atau membatalkan segala programnya pada bila-bila masa yang difikirkan perlu. Dalam keadaan begitu, AEON CO. (M) BHD akan memberikan notis awal kepada semua ahli dengan cara yang difikirkan wajar oleh AEON CO. (M) BHD. 19) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak untuk mengeluarkan, menambah atau meminda sebarang Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di atas tanpa sebarang notis. Sebarang Terma dan Syarat baru atau pindaan akan sentiasa mengatasi Terma dan Syarat Kad AEON MEMBER yang sedia ada. (II) PENEBUSAN REBAT 1) Penebusan akan dikeluarkan ke atas pembelanjaan minimum RM500 di Gedung Barangan Am dalam tempoh 6 bulan. Pembelian di buat dari 1 Januari hingga 30 Jun (Baucar Hadiah boleh ditebus bermula dari 1 Ogos hingga 30 November). Pembelian di buat dari Julai hingga 31 Disember (Baucer Hadiah boleh ditebus bermula dari 1 Mac hingga 30 Jun) AEON CO. (M) BHD. tidak akan melayan sebarang surat-menyurat untuk pengutipan baucer selepas tempoh masa yang ditetapkan. 2) Ahli AEON yang layak akan diberitahu secara pesanan ringkas (SMS). AEON CO (M) BHD. tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya SMS tidak sampai atau lewat diterima. Pemegang kad Ahli AEON utama boleh menyemak jumlah mata ganjaran atau penebusan rebat di mana-mana Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Ahli AEON sekiranya mereka tidak menerima sebarang SMS dalam tempoh notifikasi tersebut. 3) Kelayakan jumlah rebat dalam sistem AEON MEMBER adalah muktamad dan sebarang surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan. 4) Perkara-perkara berikut tidak termasuk dalam pengiraan rebat: Pembelian Baucer Hadiah AEON, wain & minuman keras, rokok, kad telefon, kad prabayar telefon bimbit dan setem. Pembelian dari Pasaraya, Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan, Medan Selera, The Egg House, Restoran Arena, La Boheme, Farmasi, Vehicles, Eneos, Molly Fantasy dan Pasaraya MaxValu. Pembelian dari kedai penyewa Caj penghantaran Caj pembaikan dan perkhidmatan Duti setem dan Bayaran Ansuran Mudah Hari Ahli AEON dan Fiesta Ahli AEON 5) Hanya pemegang kad Ahli AEON utama dengan Kad AEON MEMBER yang sah / tidak luput layak untuk penebusan rebat. 6) Ahli AEON utama dikehendaki menunjukkan Kad AEON MEMBER dan K.P. atau passport untuk menebus baucar hadiah. 7) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menolak penebusan baucar atas alasan-alasan yang sah atau sekiranya disyaki berlaku penipuan dalam pengumpulan mata ganjaran atau kesalahan rekod. 8) Fotokopi Kad Pengenalan/ paspot diperlukan semasa penebusan rebat oleh Ahli AEON untuk tujuan penggunaan rasmi. (III) PROGRAM PENEBUSAN MATA GANJARAN 1) Bagi setiap Ringgit yang dibelanjakan di mana-mana gedung AEON akan ditukarkan kepada 1 mata ganjaran. 2) Tarikh tamat tempoh mata ganjaran adalah selama 3 tahun dari tahun di mana mata ganjaran mula dikumpul. Contoh: Mata ganjaran untuk pembelian pada tahun 2009 akan tamat tempoh sahnya pada 31 Disember 2012. 3) Perkara-perkara berikut adalah tidak termasuk dalam pengiraan mata ganajran: Pembelian Baucar Hadiah AEON, rokok, kad telefon, kad prabayar telefon bimbit dan setem Pembelian daripada The Egg House, Eneos dan kedai penyewa Caj penghantaran Caj pembaikan dan perkhidmatan Duti setem dan Bayaran Ansuran Mudah 4) Mata ganjaran Ahli AEON yang diperolehi tidak boleh ditukar atau ditebus dengan wang tunai atau barangan lain selain daripada yang dinyatakan dalam program penebusan mata ganjaran Ahli AEON. 5) Mata ganjaran Ahli AEON yang diperolehi tidak boleh dipindah milik, diberi atau dijual kepada orang lain. 6) Hanya Ahli AEON utama yang memegang Kad AEON MEMBER yang sah / tidak luput dengan jumlah mata ganjaran yang mencukupi layak untuk penebusan hadiah. 7) Ahli AEON utama dikehendaki menunjukkan Kad AEON MEMBER dan Kad Pengenalan atau pasport mereka semasa semada membuat penebusan hadiah. 8) Setelah AEON menerima tempahan penebusan, Ahli AEON tidak boleh membatal, mengembali atau menukar hadiah yang telah dipilihnya. 9) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menolak penebusan mana-mana ganjaran atau mengambil semula barang yang ditebus sekiranya AEON CO. (M) BHD. mempunyai sebab mengesyaki mata ganjaran telah dikumpul secara salah oleh ahli atau tersalah rekod. 10) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menukar aras mata ganjaran, serta mengganti barangan dengan barangan yang sama nilai dengannya tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu. 11) AEON CO. (M) BHD. berhak menolak baki mata ganjaran ahli yang terkumpul sekiranya: mana-mana mata ganjaran disyaki telah direkod secara tipu. mana-mana mata ganjaran disyaki direkod secara salah. mana-mana mata ganjaran adalah berkaitan dengan urusniaga yang telah dibatalkan ataupun di mana terdapat bayaran balik Nota: Sekiranya berlaku perbezaan dalam penterjemahan risalah ini maka versi Bahasa Inggeris hendaklah diguna pakai.
