Ten Golden Rules


This list of Outstation North Golden Rules is referred to throughout training and employment. 1. Want to. Students must want to be here you have to want to learn, take instruction and get on with it. 2. Hard Work. There will be hard work and probably a lot of it. You have to be prepared to just keep going no matter how hard it gets. 3. Respect. You must have respect- for yourself, your trainers, mentors and other students. 4. Honesty. You must be honest to yourself and others and in your actions towards others. 5. Reliability. You have to be reliable others need to know if they can rely on you to do your job. You must be reliable enough to get out of bed every day and turn up for work when expected. Be on time, be where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there. 6. Think for Yourself. You should be able to think for yourself know right from wrong use your initiative. 7. Be Tough in the Head. You have to be able to understand that even when the boss is yelling at you about something, you cant take it

personally and get upset you need to understand what is required and get on with the job. 8. Pride. Take pride in yourself, your job, your achievements, capabilities and your progress. 9. Choices. Knowing the right choice to make and stick to it no matter who tries to change your mind. Take responsibility for the choices you make. 10. Goal Setting. Realising you can set yourself goals with the definite possibility of achieving them.

PF &ESI Hello I have some basic doubts regarding PF First of all after getting candidates done with filling their PF forms at the time of induction where are these forms being submitted and how to open a PF account for your employee and what are all the chalans that are needed to be taken for this process. Query on PF Contributions. Suppose one employee is drawing Basic pay of Rs. 24000 per month. Employer contribute to PF max 12 of 6500 780/ and employee contributes 12 of 24000 2880/. So here employee s and employers contribution to PF is different. And in the same company for second employee with same basic of Rs.24000/ employers contribution to PF is Rs.780/ & employee also contributes Rs.780/. So in first employee s case contribution by employer and employee is different and in second employee s case contributions...
