easy guacamole
ingredients
4 ripe avocados 1-2 generous dollops of sour cream Juice of 2 lemons (or 1-2 TB of bottled lemon juice) 1/2 cup salsa of your choice Salt to taste

Slice avocados in half down to the pit & remove pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp. Dice avocado and place it in a bowl. Add lemon juice, sour cream & salsa to the avocado. Mash and stir until well blended. Salt to taste. Serve with delicious tortilla chips or use as a condiment on tacos!

strawberry frozen margarita

ingredients
6 fluid ounces tequila 2 fluid ounces triple sec 4 ounces frozen limeade concentrate 8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup Lots of ice cubes Sugar for glass rims Lime wedges for garnish

directions
Fill a blender with ice and crush. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the strawberries and limeade. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve in margarita glasses with the rims dipped in sugar. Garnish with lime.
