REFLECTION
ABOUT THE READIND AND THE MOVIE SEEN IN THE CLASS.

REFLECTION A fundamental condition of the good master is its commitment to human formation. Form is to influence the way of being and acting students, and is a process that involves both the reason and sensitivity. The possibility of being required to master a life project consistent with the principles that guide its educational work. It is also essential for the good master building bridges that lead students to different domains of knowledge; noted horizons inexhaustible know; flow brewing head curtains that hide the true nature of things and phenomena. My thought about the film that we saw in class and commented reading, is that a student's learning will depend much on how they are or behave in class teachers. For example many times teachers or managers to teach today's students find it difficult having in hand the result or the right formula to make students understand the classes. It is worth mentioning that many times will depend on the master if you like class a student or not, many things, as the context in which students live and develops, the Customs and traditions that the family, but especially of motivation with students to study can influence. Not always dictate a fun class is simple. Everything influences the development of a good class, from matter and the class schedule, until the political situation in the country. However, it falls on the teacher used all his energy and imagination to make a normal and boring class in a learning space where the student is always ready to return and learn with the same intensity every time. The truth to my attention from the teacher of mathematics in the film called me much, because at the beginning, students did not take it seriously and they mocked him and they even make jokes in bad taste, but as he was passing the time, the students realized that with this master if they were learning, and even wanted to already, because the master was infecting them that emotion by the study, then everyone wanted to go to class, and to my opinion this is very good and very rewarding for a teacher, this is why it is important that a teacher treated

well their students but above all the teacher tries to teach and transmit the knowledge in a dynamic but effective way to students. With respect to reading, which we were reading in class, my opinion is that many times teachers have an attitude of things ancient and situations that occur with teens, and in many cases, teachers want to act in a strict way, but it is worth mentioning that many times this doesn't always work. In my opinion, I feel that the teacher should be able to express and feel tenderness, always be open and sensitive to the emotional experiences of the students; transmit the experience of teaching the joy of knowledge; reveal to his disciples the way how knowledge beautifies the life; infect them with attitudes of respect towards themselves, enthusiasm and warmth in his relationship with the others, self-confidence and assessment of his chances. It must be a person organized in their ideas, and well documented so that his word to communicate with clarity, convince, have impact, and mobilize students to significant changes. That properly handling the various techniques, resources, and methods of communication necessary to make more attractive and efficient transmission of their messages. In the teachers life, we're going to find with many things and situations in which we will have to act according to our own values and beliefs but above all on improving the student always. But we have to mention that there are students who always pay attention in class end they are always attentive to each instruction that the teacher gives them, and this for that that there are always good and bad students in every school.
