Ventura Securities Ltd.(VSL), is a leading brokerage house promoted and managed by professionals having an expertise in the domain of capital markets for the past 12 years. Promoters
Hemant Majethia, CEO & Director A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has over fifteen years of experience in capital markets intermediation, equity research and has a wide crosssection of market relationships. Sajid Malik, Director A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has over fifteen years of varied experience in corporate advisory structured finance and private equity space. He has international exposure to developed markets in Europe, USA and the Far East and has also been involved in international equity offerings and cross border acquisitions. He is the CEO of Genesys International Corporation Ltd., a company focused on outsourcing of GIS and engineering design services.

Management Team
Hemant Majethia, CEO & Director A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, having more than fifteen years of experience in the capital markets intermediation, equity research and having a wide cross section of market relationships. He is responsible for the day to day operations at VSL. It was Mr. Majethias vision of creating an all India network of brokers relationship and build the distribution strength of VSL. Bharat Gala, Chief Operating Officer -Equity Broking A graduate in commerce from Bombay University, Diploma in Admin Management having over 20 years of experience in Stock Market operations. He has also worked in the capacity of sub-broker from 1985 to 1999 handling Retail and Institutional business. He joined VSL in December,1999 and has been instrumental in the operational aspects of setting up a trading network comprising of strategic centers across the country. Mr. Gala also brings with him valuable experience in the field of technical study. N. S. Ramaswamy, Head Commodity Desk He is a Cost Accountant by profession having experience in capital markets of over 19 years. He has been instrumental in setting up the trading network for commodities. He was previously with UTI & Emkay Corporate Services and brings with him rich experience in the Trading Desk. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Ventura Commodities Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Juzer Gabajiwala, Head - Mutual Fund Distribution A Chartered Accountant, & Company Secretary by profession has over fifteen years of experience in finance, taxation and investments. Mr. Juzer Gabajiwala has initiated the launch of the mutual fund distribution business to capture the business from VSLs clientele as well as provide value added services to the customers based on the domain knowledge of the financial markets. Prior to joining VSL, he was with the Premchand Group responsible for a business unit as well as finance & treasury functions. Mr. Subramanyam Pisupati, Head Research An MBA in finance from Bombay University and a postgraduate in commerce has over 14 years of experience in equity research, investment banking and corporate restructuring and has been with VSL since the past 2 years. He authors the daily Pointer and has in depth knowledge of the macro economic picture. Prior to joining VSL, he has spent around 10 years with Enam Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading financial market intermediary.
