Job Profile
Selected candidates will be posted as Management Trainee in any of the Branch across India. During the first six months of On Job Training period, they will be posted at different locations to learn the entire business activities. After successful Completion of the training period, The Management Trainees will be under probation as Assistant Manager/ Assistant Product Manager/ Assistant Credit Manger or Equivalent Managerial Positions. After successful completion of the Probation Period, they will be confirmed accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria
B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization) MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization) Should complete their Qualifying Degree with Aggregate of 60% or Equivalent C.G.P.A & 1st Class (As per university Norms) Age not above 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1988)

Compensation
Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.07 Lakh 2.4 Lakh p.a. during Training & Probation period.
