jurisdiction then the act becomes invalid and sacrilegious. The penitent committed a mortal sin and would have to repeat the Sacrament over again to a priest who has jurisdiction. Those who receive the Holy Eucharist outside of the Church, commit a mortal sin. Therefore, since the nature and essence of a judgment require that the sentence be imposed only on subjects, there has always been the conviction in the Church of God, and this Synod confirms it as most true, that this absolution which the priest pronounces upon one over whom he has no ordinary or delegated jurisdiction has no value. (Council of Trent DZ 903) Canon 872: For the valid absolution of sins, the minister requires, besides the power of Orders, either ordinary or delegated power of jurisdiction over the penitent. Woywod comments (A Practical Commentary on the Code of Canon Law, volume 1, page 487): Explicit conferring of jurisdiction in writing or by word of mouth is required for the validity of delegated jurisdiction for the hearing of confessions. Tacit, presumed, interpretative, or any other kind of delegation which cannot be called explicit, is not considered valid. Upon the election of the papacy, supreme jurisdiction is given to the Roman Pontiff. The Roman Pontiff legitimately elected obtains, from the moment he accepts the election, the full power of supreme jurisdiction by divine right. (Canon 219) There have been roughly around 10 laymen that have been elected to the papacy. The Roman Pontiff has the right as lawgiver to change the discipline of the Church. However, he has no right in changing doctrine. For example, the fast laws were changed. In the time of St. Thomas Aquinas, you ate once the whole day. And the meal that you ate was not a full meal. I answer that, As stated above (1 and 3,5), fasting is directed to the deletion and prevention of sin. Hence it ought to add something to the common custom, yet so as not to be a heavy burden to nature. Now the right and common custom is for men to eat about the sixth hour: both because digestion is seemingly finished (the natural heat being withdrawn inwardly at night-time on account of the surrounding cold of the night), and the humor spread about through the limbs (to which result the heat of the day conduces until the sun has reached its zenith), and again because it is then chiefly that the nature of the human body needs assistance against the external heat that is in the air, lest the humors be parched within. Hence, in order that those who fast may feel some pain in satisfaction for their sins, the ninth hour is suitably fixed for their meal. (A.7 Q.147 II-II Summa Theologica)
The Laity
The laity have no rights in administering the Sacraments. The Sacrament of baptism is ordinarily administered by a priest. In extreme cases, the laity can baptize. The laity has no position in extraordinary ministers and distributing the Holy Communion. Women cannot receive holy orders. Under the pain of mortal sin, a specific Commandment of the Church, the laity has an obligation to support the clergy according to their means. They should according to the spirit of charity and penance donate their time in holy works to support the Church.
What We Believe
We believe all of what the Church has taught since the time of the Christ, but especially the Fathers of the Church. 2
We most especially reject and anathematize, the heresies of modernism, liberalism, and indifferentism. We reject the heretical council of Vatican II, the spirit, and the errors which followed from that impious moment. The Council of Pisa was also rejected, as was the first part of the Council of Constance. Similar to Vatican II is the Jansenist Synod of Pistoia, which was condemned in Auctorem Fidei.
Other Points
A Council acting independently of the vicar of Christ is unthinkable in the constitution of the Church. Such assemblies have only taken place in times of great constitutional disturbances, when either there was no pope or the rightful pope was indistinguishable from antipopes. In such abnormal times, the safety of the Church becomes the supreme law, and the first duty of the flock is to find a new shepherd, under whose direction the existing evils may be remedied. (Catholic Encyclopedia, Vol. IV, Councils; Rev. J. Wilhem. Pope Michael was elected to the papacy on July 16 1990. There were 5 Catholics who elected him to the papacy. Canonists hold that if all else fails, the Universal Church herself can elect a Pope in whatever manner necessary. Commenting on Canons 672 and 2295, Rev Stanislaus Woywod stated that these canons establish a precedent for cases of heresy, apostasy and schism where infamy is concerned. He comments: If he has for three years given signs of complete amendment, the religious organization is bound to receive him. Pope Michael left the heresies of the Novus Ordo and Traditionalism before he was elected to the papacy in 1990. Therefore, he was papabile.

8. Michael was ordained by God as a successor to the papacy. My new Name. (Apocalypse 3:12) St. Peter had his name changed by Christ Himself. 9. A universal conversion to the Catholic faith. (Apocalypse 3:9) Saint John Eudes said: All the holy Fathers agree that after the death of Antichrist (emphasis: August 6, 1978) the whole world will be converted, and although some of them assert that the world will last but a few days after his death, while others say a few months, some authorities insist that it will continue to exist many years after. St. Catherine of Sienna, St. Vincent Ferrer, St. Francis of Paula, and a number of other Saints have predicted this ultimate universal conversion. (Our Lady of Fatima talked about a period of Peace. Our Lady of Good Success/Fortune predicted granting peace.)
Vatican II
Joseph Ratzinger said: "If it is desirable to offer a diagnosis of the text [of the Vatican II document, Gaudium et Spes] as a whole, we might say that (in conjunction with the texts on religious liberty and world religions) it is a revision of the Syllabus of Pius IX, a kind of counter syllabus As a result, the one-sidedness of the position adopted by the Church under Pius IX and Pius X in response to the situation created by the new phase of history inaugurated by the French Revolution, was, to a large extent, corrected... 1 This leads to the belief that truth is changeable over time. What was considered an error in the 19th century is now truth in the 20th, according the Ratzinger. Canon 2317: Persons who stubbornly teach or defend, either publicly or privately, a doctrine which has been condemned by the Apostolic See or by an Ecumenical Council not, however, as formally heretical, shall be barred from the ministry of preaching the Word of God and of hearing sacramental confessions, and from every other office of teaching, without prejudice to other penalties which the sentence of condemnation of the doctrine may perhaps have decreed.... Further Pope Gelasius I declared that once an error has been condemned it may never be taught or discussed again. Truth is solid and immutable, Vatican II and its spirit teaches implicitly that truth changes with the times. This is the heresy of Modernism condemned by Pope Saint Pius X in Pascendi. Although there are many heresies and errors throughout Vatican II, one stands out above the rest. And this is the heresy that all religions lead ultimately to Almighty God. This is expressed in Nostra Aetate, The Relation of the Church with Non-Christian Religions. (Promulgated on October 25, 1965) Pope Saint Pius X states in Pascendi: And with what right will Modernists deny the truth of an experience affirmed by a follower of Islam? With what right can they claim true experiences for Catholics alone? Indeed Modernists do not deny but actually admit, some confusedly, others in the most open manner, that all religions are true. That they cannot feel otherwise is clear. For on what ground, according to their theories, could falsity be predicated of any religion whatsoever?
Antichrist
I John 2:22: This is Antichrist, who denieth the Father and the Son. Matthew 12:31): Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but the blasphemy of the Spirit shall not be forgiven. Antichrist denies Almighty God in a very subtle manner.

Then we see another circle around us. This too is vast in extent, yet not so far away from us. It comprises first of all those men who worship the one supreme God, whom we also worship. We would mention first the Jewish people, who still retain the religion of the Old Testament, and who are indeed worth of our respect and love. Then we have those worshippers who adhere to the other monotheistic systems of religion, especially the Moslem religion. We do well to admire these people for all that is good and true in their worship of God. (Ecclesiam Suam (August 6, 1964) Paul VI) The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, quoting from Vatican II's decree Nostra Aetate. This book should be more properly entitled Catechism of the Conciliar Church, since Paul VI called the Church of Vatican II the Conciliar Church in his closing address for Vatican II.) John Paul II called the Catechism of the Catholic Church :a statement of the Churchs faith and of Catholic doctrine, attested to or illumined by Sacred Scripture, the apostolic Tradition, and the Churchs magisterium. (Fidei Depositum 3) This means he considers it part of the ordinary magisterium of his church, which means he considers it infallible. On August 9, 1965 Paul VI said: They (Judaism, Islam and Christianity) are three expressions professing an identical monotheism, through the three most authentic avenues. Would it not be possible that the name of the very same God, instead of irreducible oppositions generate a possible agreement without the prejudice of theological discussions? He, John Paul II and Benedict XVI have held that Moslems worship the true God and the same god that they worship. We know that Moslems worship a god they call Allah. They consider Jesus to be only a prophet of Allah and not God. Therefore they deny the son and are antichrist. They also deny the Holy Ghost, which is a form of blsaphemy against the Holy Ghost. By denying the Son and Holy Ghost, they are denying God the Father as well. Therefore they do not worship the same God as Christians. Christians worship one God in three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Moslems worship one god, called Allah in English. For all the gods of the Gentiles are devils.
