The job postings are live for 30 days beyond which if you refresh, it consumes another job posting. Below listed are the additional parameters our client can search on Firstnaukri which acts as stringent filters for selecting ONLY RELEVANT APPLICANTS. Each profile is a cycle of view + contact + download. You can view a profile as many times but contact and download it only once. So if view the same profile multiple times. Then you have used only 1 contact. If you email of SMS (SMS pack has to be purchased separately) then you are still on the same 1 contact used. Another attempt to email or SMS the candidate will be counted as a new contact and now you have used 2 contacts. Likewise if you download the CV once thats 1 contact used but downloading the same CV again qualifies as 2 contacts used.

Search Parameters - Resdex

Recruiters can enter the location of candidates as current, hometown or preferred. They then activate filter for availability of joining.

Select the courses that they are looking for. Recruiters can enter college names of they are looking for candidates from specific colleges. Next they can choose to only view candidates who have got certain scores in their graduation along with date of graduation.

Choose the post graduation course the same way as graduation course with same set of filters repeated.

Search Results
And Voila! We see the candidates that match all our criterion. It is at this stage we can view or download their CVs and also contact them via mail and SMS.
