SCOPE OF SUPPLY The scope of supply will cover design engineering, manufacture, and supply of the furnace. FURNACE SHELL The proposed furnace shell will be of circular type and will be fabricated out of 10 mm thick mild steel plates. The furnace ends will be of conical shape with flange joint smade out of 14-16 mm thick plates. The M.S. shell will be provided with 2 Nos. solid M.S. guide rings made out of Square bar for its smooth rotating operation. 1 no. Burner will be fixed on one side of the conical end & the opposite conical end will have max. 500 mm dia opening for charging the Dross material. The charge opening will be provided with H.R. Cast Iron Ring. After fabrication the complete furnace shell will be machined for the proper alignment for a long period & to avoid the wear and tear & the maintains of the wheels & bearings. REFRACTORY LINING The furnace circular shell will be lined with 115 mm thick 70% H/Al. based refractory bricks and will be further backed up by a layer of 115-mm thick Mica insulation bricks. Apart of this additional 6 mm thick insulating sheet will be provided. The furnacecharging end will have clear opening of 450-500 mm Dia after refractory lining. ROTARY MECHANISM The furnace shell be placed on 4 Nos. of alloy steel EN-8 Machined wheels mounted on rigid fabricated steel structural base. The furnace rotary motion will be achieved through Electro-mechanical drive system comprising of main driven shaft coupled with reduction gear box & motor assembly.

COMBUSTION EQUIPMENTS BURNER The furnace will be provided with 1 no. Oil Fired Burner Size- 4 A along with accessories. BLOWER 1 No. High-pressure blower of 10 H.P. & 28 w.g. pressure will be provided. The blower will have capacity of 1200 cfm at 28 w.g. The blower impeller will be directly coupled on motor shaft of reputed make such as KIRLOSKAR/ NGEF/Crompton/ABB . OIL HEATING & PUMPING UNIT To supply adequate quantity of oil to the burner at desired temperature and pressure. We will be supplying 1 no. Oil H & P unit model duplex-I, 6 K.W. cap. Comprising of 2 oil pumps coupled with 2 nos. motors, 1 No. oil pre-heater with standard accessories like pressure regulator, filters, pressure gauge, temp. Gauge & inter connecting piping along with gate valves etc. The whole unit will be mounted on a steel fabricated tray. AIR & OIL LINE Our scope of supply shall also include complete air & oil pipe connections from blower to recuperator to burner & oil line from oil h & p unit to burner along with return oil main ring system. ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANNEL The furnace will be equipped with one no. Centralized electrical control panel with standard accessories. 1. 2. 3. 4. Main on/off switch. Suitable contactors & relays for the motors & heaters (All Siemens/ L&T Make). Suitable fuses ( All EE) Push button indicating lamps etc. Suitable Ampere meter & voltmeter.

Scope of supply will cover design, engineering, manufacture &. Supply of C.I. mould chain conveyor. The proposed chain rollers will be made from alloy steel, chain links will be made out of M.S. flat 8 mm thick and sprockets from mild steel with suitable hardness to withstand 800 C temps. Complete conveyor with head sprocket and tail sprocket assembled with bearing pedestal sleeve & shaft with structure support. Chain tension arrangement & gearbox coupled with electric motor, C.I. metal distributor and water cooling arrangement complete in all respect.
