GNIOT Group has model in-campus hostel facility for 800 boys & 600 girls separately. The hostel has 2/3 seated A/C, non-A/C, and Air cooled rooms with attached toilet and bath along with other necessary ancillary amenities. Furnishings include bed, study table, chair, mattress, bed sheets and pillow. Each student has a separate almirah for use. Further, each wing of the hostel is provided with library, computers with internet connection, common facilities room with table tennis, carom board, chess, news papers like TOI, ET etc., recreation room, First Aid Kit and 24X7 power backup. The management insists on high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Water & Electricity

Water and electricity supply is assured within the campus. In case of load shedding or power interruptions, the stand-by generators take full care. R.O. water lter systems have been installed on every oor, in the academic blocks and the hostels. Hot Water is supplied in the institute hostel during winter season.

Mess Facility
Mess facility is an integral part of sound and congenial living in the hostel providing homely, wholesome, nourishing & hygienic food. The mess caters to the tastes of the students and the management of different regions with varied culinary preferences. However, there are certain guidelines strictly followed while planning the menu which is planned and managed by students in close coordination with the caretaker who is responsible for managing the hostel affairs. The mess committee has representation from the students also. All in all if one follows the rules and regulations of the hostel and uses the facilities with personal care and attention, the hostel living is very comfortable and generates a sense of responsibility, productivity, fraternity and camaraderie as team spirit.

Medical Facilities
Medical (OPD) Facility is available to all the students, staff and faculty within the campus. GNIOT has a tie-up with a multi-specialty local hospital (which is only 1 Km away from the campus) for both OPD and hospitalization facilities. It is a unique feature of the group that all the students are covered under a Medical Insurance Policy. As a matter of abundant precaution, the group has provided a full time doctor and 24X7 availability of ambulance.

Computer Labs
There are several spacious computer labs equipped with more than 1500 Computer Systems having latest congurations and the state-of-the-art software. All the computer systems are connected by LAN. 24 hours internet connectivity is provided for the benet of students as well as faculty members. The Windows, UNIX and LINUX software packages such as Drawing and Drafting package (AUTOCAD), Multimedia, Animation and various Editing packages are made available to create simulated environments to suit not only the curricula very well but much beyond that. Down linking/Uplinking facilities are being contemplated for taking best advantages of virtual class rooms/teaching learning process in close coordination with the neighboring IITs/Centers of excellence.

Lecture Halls
The Group of Institutions is well equipped with modern lecture halls and tutorial rooms. These halls and rooms are architecturally and aesthetically well designed, and are well ventilated. The furniture in the rooms is ergonomically designed for comfortable seating of the students. In addition to the traditional blackboards, to make the teaching-learning process multidimensional, multi-media, over-head projectors and LCD projectors are also used.

Library is a temple of learning. The Central Library of the group is well stocked with text books & foundation books for supplementary reading as per AICTE norms. The institute also subscribes to online database which provides thousands of national and international journals, conference proceedings, e-read etc. The reading room provides the right ambience for study. Professionally qualied staff operate the library. All the basic books of Applied Sciences, Humanities, Management & M.Tech are available in the Library. The Library also subscribes to 60 popular magazines and 15 daily newspapers. The world class ambience and maintenance of these libraries generate an appetite for knowledge. The library has a rich collection of International & National e-journals-IEEE, Springer, J.Gate, TMH, Gale-Cengage Learning, Wiley-Blackwell etc.

Conference Room
All the institutes of the group have huge state-of-the-art seminar halls in the academic block itself. Students and faculty members use this hall for meetings, seminars, conferences, quizzes, debates and various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
