 Do not offer Domestic TDD Service to remote areas like Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Khorfakan, 
Umm Al Quwain, etc. TDD Service is only available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi (city limits), Sharjah & Jebel

1) All cash customers sending hi tech items to Algeria (eg. computers, computer parts & mobile phones 
should insure the shipments; if value is above US$100. If they do not; then an indemnity letter has to 
be filled in and signed by the shipper and attached with the awb copy 
2) Jumbo box & Jumbo junior can be sold as individual awbs only,  jumbo range if sold as multiple pieces 
have to be categorized as WPX 
3) Drugs to Kenya need an import permit, License from Pharmacy’s and Poisons board & might take  24‐
48 hrs delay 
4) Easy Ship ignores the city name for countries which have postcodes; hence always insist on the correct 
post code for correct SERVICE AREA CODE generation 
5) NPCC is back, we can offer them discounts henceforth 
6) When selling TDD service, the request services should be ticked or marked visibly on  awb(especially 
for couriers)

8) When accepting WPX, always check the type of export ticked on the AWB‐PERMANENT, REPAIR & 
RETURN or TEMPORARY (couriers beware!!) & the full description of the contents(ex: bolts, generator,

 Mobiles not acceptable to  African countries(EGYPT prohibits entry of GPS (GLOBAL  POSITIONING 
SYSTEM) enabled mobile phones (Nokia N95i, Nokia N82, Iphone  etc),   Also mobile phones with 
camera prohibited to Sri lanka  
 Porsche shpmts to be returned to the Domestic Service Center in Karama   Attn; Azam  
 Certificate of Origin(COO)mandatory for all road shpts to YEMEN, exceptions are for   personal 
shpts if not in commercial quantities  
 All Hsbc  & Citibank shpts to be returned to Domestic  Station after 3 days of CC. All SCB   shpts

 We can accept max 10 bottles of 30ml each in a single shpt(Provided customer will provide   ppwks &

1) All price inquiries to be completed in full and sent to the freight desk with immediate effect, & the 
freight desk will respond back with price within 4 hours of receiving the   email 
2) We should be accepting the old preprinted AWB featuring the prepaid vouchers kindly do not refuse 
the shippers as they are valid & do not have a expiry date 
3) LTL shpts to Saudi should have following requirements 1. Chemicals & ink require   approval from 
ministry of trace 2. Perfumes, cosmetics, foodstuff need SASO   certificate, AL, CR copy, original 
COO & laboratory guarantee 3. Wireless/Radio eqpt   require approval from Saudi PTT or CITC 4. 
Medicines need ministry of health approval 
4) Only standard remarks to be used while capturing any checkpoint 
5) Kindly capture a FD on the same day of arrival & WC scan when it goes out for delivery   
6) No OH or FD to be captured after MS / MC scans  
7) If an Arrival is just a tag scan capture NA ( Not Arrived ) (sam‐Option 2) 
8) How to calculate insurance(2% of FI)‐ Example, A shpt going to US; value of shpt is 2500   USD; 
Weight 15 kgs & sent  under Adnoc discount Freight charges is 342 AED 
  Hence Insurance  = {(Value of shpt in AED + freight charges in AED)} / 50 
  = {(2500*3.65)+342} / 50 
  = 262.34 
 
9) Pls note the minimum insurance to be charge is 40 AED for Low Value shpts(value below   300 
USD) & 120 AED for High Value shpts(Value above 300 USD) ; Also do not insure   shpts below 
value of 100 USD 
10) Do not offer same day service from AUH to DXB as it is Operationally not feasible; unless special 
arrangements, like Handy Carry are made; but that too should be in extremely critical situations 
11) Officially the last pickup time in Abu Dhabi is 2100 hrs 
12) We do have deliveries on Fridays; but only on special requests (possible delivery timings   1200 hrs 
to 2100 hrs) 
13) Data return time is now 15 mins 
14) RCTR ( Dubai Duty Free Counter ) is only for the travelers to send shipments & not meant   for 
collections as immigration doesn't allow it
