INTRODUCTION
IN THE NAME OF ALMIGHTY THE MOST GRACIOUS, MOST MERCIFUL

I desire nothing but reform, so far as I am able. And with none but Allah is the direction of my affair to a right issue. In Him I trust and to Him I turn.
- (HOLY QURAN-11:88)

VISION & MISSION

The Centre for Public Education and Community progress is a long-term dream mission of Markez Al-Islah. It mainly concentrates on the community development with broader vision at large and specifically it has taken the job to activate the underdeveloped Mahallas (Muslim areas) with envisioned leadership and enriched resources, to make capable of restoring its social functioning and to enhance their capacity for creating favorable societal conditions. Such changes are big concern for any religious community, particularly Muslims because of the practical critical situations they face. The challenge is more acute when they live in a pluralistic society. The challenges cant be resisted or stopped. The intelligent option is to make use of positive impact for the community development and to prepare them to face the challenges of negative impact. CPEC has developed various visionary projects to uplift and guide the new generation and their talents into value-centered excellence drive, to transform community leaders of all genres as catalysts of positive changes, and to empower women, children and youth as the key holders of the society as envision by Islam. But the Imams-Moulvies are expected to play crucial role in this move, in spite they are being sufficiently empowered by competency sets, by establishing and facilitating institutions for training and upgrading, will extend their services to the targeted group. Although Diamond has glitterati; rough diamond needs a polish to expose brilliance. When they are cut and polished only, its inner glitterati comes out. In the same way the MoulaviesImams knowledge and their talents should be polished to face the present era and tackle critical situation. By which they guide and lead the Ummath (Islamic Society) in a proper Way.
