LPG Transfer to ESSO Participants Step s

Actions Did the participant check the nomination from E&S or OMO7 instruction about the date, time and quantity of LPG to be transferred i.e.: -Check LPG stock availability and vessels readiness (COQ). Did the participant communicate with ESSO the exact time and confirm quantity to be transferred. The mode of communication: -ABB 630. -Control Room or 6403843. -Trunk Radio or ESSO Hot line. Did the participant has informed the appointed surveyors chemist to certify the LPG transfer COQ and fax COQ to ESSO upon request subsequently confirm with ESSO readiness i.e.: -Line up LPG transfer receiving vessel. Did the participant has shown that he has directed field man to line up LPG nominated vessel and transfer pump to ESSO with the following items to be checked: -To line up from Car-Loading suction line. -To reset P-2909 suction ESD from the local panel. Has confirmed this by entering the LPG target tonnage in custody data entry schematic and initiate custody meter reading i.e.: -Meter set to zero. -Record vessel level in the pump movements record sheet. Has confirmed this by showing in actual DCS panel that all controllers are operable. Has directed field man to check & report for any discrepancies. Able to explain why this is important . Did the participant has confirmed with ESSO readiness to receive LPG and initiate the discharge ESD 29GB705 to open and enable pump to start i.e.: -Turn selector switch to ESSO mode in ADP. -Open spill back 29-F-702 (50-80% OP). -Crack open C/V to ESSO 29-PRC-703 or 29-FRC-702 (20-4-%OP).

-Start LPG transfer pump to ESSO. The candidate has shown evidence that he: -Monitor level drop in vessel and custody meter movement when pump started. -Communicate with ESSO Off-Site Supervisor on LPG cargo receiving and maximum pumping rate. -Check LPG line pressure after flow rate increased. He is able to explain the following conditions when LPG pump stop on quantity set on target tonnage in custody data entry schematic. i.e.: -Inform ESSO on completion of transfer to shut line up at ESSO. -Close custody meter reading and record vessel dip. -Switch ADP Selector switch back to SHELL. -Inform field man to isolate all LPG line up to ESSO. -Send custody report and Mass flow meter interface to OMOR section. Give a minimum of 10 possibilities that may delay in transfer LPG to ESSO. Participant has mentioned that:
