4. The Device Selection tab will automatically appear at the top right corner of the screen after approximately 30 seconds. When this tab appears the installation was completed successfully. If the Device Selection tab is already present on your computer continue to the next step. 5. The VCM II software may require an update which typically takes about 10 minutes. Please follow the on-screen instructions. 6. The VCM II is now ready to start a vehicle session.

Configure a wireles ss VCM II us sing the sup pplied D-Lin nk wireless adapter (If equipped)
This configurat tion allows the computer's internal wirelless card to c connect to the e Internet whil le the supplie ed D-Link D USB wi ireless adapte er, installed in n the compute er, communic cates with the VCM II.

Instruct tions: First t time conn necting wireless to th he VCM II ( (Default Po oint to Point)
1. 1 Shutdown n the IDS app plication. 2. 2 Disconnect the VCM II USB cable fr rom both the computer and d VCM II. 3. 3 Insert the supplied D-L Link USB wire eless adapter into an unuse ed computer USB port. ws "Pop-up" may m appear if f the device dr river is being installed.
