PAYMENT POLICY

Students must pay a $100 Registration Fee with a completed registration form. Payment may be made in Canadian or U.S. dollars in the form of International Bank Draft, World Money Order payable to: CANADIAN Bank of Canada, Yonge and Finch Branch. 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. HOW TO REGISTER
1. Students who want to take English courses in Toronto at CLC must complete the registration form either online (an online link is available below) or by printing and faxing it. Registration should be received at least 3 weeks prior to the starting date. 2. Upon receiving your application, the school will send you an email conrmation and request a payment of $100 (non-refundable Registration Fee) and a 25% deposit. ese fees can be paid by credit card, wire transfer or money order. Should the applicants visa be denied, the 25% deposit will be returned (proof must be given in the form of a letter of denial from Immigration Canada). 3. Once the school has received payment, the student will be issued a letter of Acceptance and an invoice indicating the remaining balance to be paid. 4. Students needing a VISA to study abroad will take the letter of Acceptance to the Canadian Embassy in order to obtain the VISA. 5. Once the VISA (if necessary) has been obtained, the school will supply the student with their accommodation and airport pick up conrmation. (NOTE: If students have chosen airport pick-up, ight information must be sent prior to the students arrival.) 6. Upon arrival in Toronto, CLC will send a representative to pick you up at the airport and take you to your homestay (if requested). Please look for a sign with your name on it. 7. When you arrive at CLC on the starting date indicated on your letter of acceptance, you will complete your registration at this time and will be required to pay the balance of your fees in full. On the rst day of class you will write a placement test. Based on your results, you will be placed in the appropiate level. Your class schedule will also be provided and you will be able to purchase course materials/books as required.

Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. assumes no responsibility for any payments made to anyone or any company claiming to represent the school. Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. will not be liable in any way to the student for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property however caused.

REFUND POLICY
1. Non-refundable fees include: Registration fee and Accommodation Placement fee. 2. Students unable to obtain a VISA are entitled to a full refund of tuition paid (less the non-refundable fees mentioned in section 1.), once the student has returned the original letter of acceptance, with a copy of the rejection letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. 3. Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. has the following cancellation policy: Date of Withdrawal % of tuition refund 30 or more days prior to start date 75 % 0 to 29 days prior to start date 60 % Any changes to your program enrollment must be made in writing to, Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. 4. Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. requires any request for refund where student has registered through an agent, be made through that agent. If student has registered directly through Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. an international money order will be issued. 5. Any accommodation cancellation (minimum of 21 days in advance) is subjected to a $ 150.00 charge on used accommodation fees. 6. A student who wishes to postpone the start date may do so providing they inform the Canadian Language & Learning Centre Inc. in writing at least 4 weeks prior to original start date.
