Description of the information being requested I am after the health and safty report on what happened to cause a structure that was holding a large video screen to collapse. On the 20th June 2006, Millennium Point, Birmingham. The goal post structure was holding up a large LED outdoor video screen and during high winds collapsed. The Company that was resposible for the screen was MCL ltd (Birmingham branch).
