Responsibilities: Working here as Sr.IT Executive and deputed on Metso Minerals Corporate office. Provide L2 desktop support to 500 corporate users onsite and offsite on windows platform. Support and mange 3 remote locations in India through remotely and phone. Remotely, chat & Voice Support to remote located user. Responsibilities: Working here as an IT-Engineer and deputed on HCL Technologies-Corporate office Provide L2 desktop support to 400 corporate users onsite and offsite. Remotely, chat & Voice Support to remote located user. Support on hardware/operating systems/softwares/email/network /printer related issues.

Manage Windows server 2003 and 2008 AD /application/ print and file server. Installation, formatting of operating system (XP /7/2k8) and user data backup and restore. Responsible for ID creation/group assigned/Internet access/folder access etc. Configure, troubleshoot & backup and restore email issue on Ms outlook 2k7 or 2k10 Support and resolve network LAN or Wi-Fi connectivity issue of HCL corporate office.
