How it works in practice: Print-ready PDF files are supplied to Mega. Our customer uploads the description, specifications and thumbnail of their title using this form:

The title is loaded onto the megabooks store by our staff at this stage, but we are busy with automating this process.

Once an order has been placed through megabooks and payment has been made, the book will be printed and sent to the customer by post or courier as chosen by the customer. Customers can choose from various delivery options:

Publishers are sent an automated email every time a purchase is made of one of their titles. At the end of every month, a report is mailed to our customers with a list of all the sales of their titles. Payment will be made at the end of the month for all transactions completed before the 25 th of the month, to allow time for our accounts department to process these payments.
