100/This Memorandum of Understanding is signed today on 18-6-2012 through M/s Saket Steel Ltd.through Mr. Manoj Aggarwal with the consent of the all Directors and all concerned hereinafter referred to as Party No.1 including its successors, heirs and legal assignees. And Mr. Kushpreet Kheepal Business Development Manager of Capital Financial Consultancy (India) Ltd. having their corporate. Office at SCO 179-180,2rd floor, Madhya Marg, Sector-8-C Chandhigarh, through with the consent of the all Directors and all concerned hereinafter referred as Party No.2 including its successors, heirs and legal assignees. This MOU witnesses as follows: That Party No.1 is in the business of Steel so Party No.1 is in the process of expansion their work thus requires CC Limit/Book Debt etc. total overall requirement Upto Rs.3Crore approximate as per their estimates in M/s Saket Steel Ltd. That M/s Capital Financial Consultancy (India) Ltd., Party No.2, deals in arrangements of funds/loan from banks and consultancy including Project Financial Services facilitator. That Party No.2 has agreed to get funds/loan of Upto Rs.3Crore arranged within 30 Banking working days after completion of documents as per the list provided / encashment of advance P.F payment, whichever is later. For the services of Party No.2, Party No.1 will agree to pay 3.5% of the sanctioned amount Upto Rs. 3 Crore i.e.1050000 /- (Ten Lac Fifty Thousand only)+ service tax. Party no. 1 will pay balance amount less than advance at the time of disbursement of limit. The Processing fees of the bank will paid by party no. 1 to bank If party no.2 provides sanction letter of loan to party no.1 and party no.1 does not avail the loan due to whatever reasons then party no.2 will have full right to charge the service charges of the sanctioned amount as per commitment.

 That Party No.1 has paid Rupees /- 100000/- as advance/token money against this MOU vide Cheque No. 0000000 dated 0000000 of Bank the balance service charges less the advance amount i.e. (Rupees.1050000 /-) + Service Tax will be paid at the time of sanctioned the loan. In case Party No. 2 does not arrange the funds/loan within 30 Banking Working Days, it will refund the full advance amount of Rs.100000 /-, vide cheque no.000000, dated of State Bank of Patiala provided to Party No. 1 in advance. The cheque should be banked by Party No. 1 after providing a written intimation to Party No. 2, at least one week in advance prior to encashment. This MOU has been made in two copies/parts both of which are considered as original. No modifications and amendments are valid without consent of both parties.
