CHAPTER V SOCIO-ECONOMIC STUDY

Introduction This chapter covers the details and to how the business will affect the income of families and individuals, the revenue it could rise for the government, influence to local producers on supply of goods and influence to the community. this portion of the study will determine the socio-economic benefit contribution that the project can offer.

A. Employment and Income Through the introduction of the Greendulgence, there will be a decrease of unemployment. Since the business is a fast food, the company would bring and promotes employment opportunities to individuals. The company will hire individual, skilled and unskilled for the different department of the company with just benefits. And thus, will be an improvement for the standard living in the area and developing socio economic in the country.

B. Taxes The company will be helping the government by paying its taxes. Since the business will be subjected to pay taxes and regulation fees thus, these will be part of the contribution to the government to regulate the general welfare of the people and further develop the community.

D. Demand for Materials The major raw material needed in the production will be purchased from local producers. Thus, the company will be helping the local producers to increase their income and will encourage them to improve their production therefore, promoting economic growth and decreasing the level of poverty.

CHAPTER VI ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT STUDY

Introduction In this chapter, the basic consideration in forming the organization is being discussed. This will include the details regarding the employees and skill and input into now the business is operated. It also includes the simple flow of the organizational structure.

B. Form of Ownership The Greendulgence will be forming a partnership the group as the partner. The partner will contribute money and managerial skills for the operation of the business. Partners decided to this kind of organization because the cost will be low because the partner will divide the cost. C. Organizational Chart

D. Officers and key Personnel The Greendulgence composed of the Manager, and Production Laborer. The partner will occupy the different function and task will be distributed according to the partners specialization.

1. Manager Regulates rule and policies and general welfare of the business. Supervise the overall operation of the business including supervision and training of the employees. 2. Cashier 3. Cook Responsible for the entire kitchen. They take responsibility for all decisions made in the kitchen regarding for quality control. 4. Supervisor In charged in monitoring the performance of the personnel/staff. Taking care of employee needs. Responsible for registering the day to day sales. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Responsible for scheduling and financial reports.

5. Production Laborer Prepares the equipment for the operation includes installing and equipment set up. Maintains and operates the production equipment daily.
