Source: Questionnaire Administration 2012/2013 It was specified in the scope of the research in chapter one that disable persons as paraplegia and blind will be exempted from the sample respondents since they cannot manage any business by themselves. From the borrower responses no uncared for elderly and no mental disorder found. 14.02% had no any impediments. Victims of violence, victims of disaster and underemployed are the major impediments of the borrowers with 9.45%, 6.10% and 7.01% respectively. Body parts deformity has 2.74% and the rest of the impediments were fairly distributed. From the side of the non-borrower respondents, 7.93% had no impediments. Victims of disaster, victims of violence have 8.84% and 7.62% respectively. Underemployed and deformed body parte each have 5.49% and 3.05% outcastes. From the outlook of the whole profiles the highest respondents 21.95% have no impediments. Victims of violence 17.07%, victims of disaster 14.94% and underemployed 12.50%. Deformed body parts 8.23%, Outcaste and loose of usual job each has 4.57%. HIV/AIDS carrier 3.96%, unemployed 3.66% and deaf/audio problem 2.74%. 1.83% old age, 1.52% orphans and 0.91 visual problems. Uncared for elderly 0.61%, not specified 0.91% and mental/psycho disorder 0%.

Of all the vulnerable groups responses, it has been confirmed that the backgrounds were almost the same.
