To: All Employees From: John M. Dionisio, President and Chief Executive Officer Subject: Remembering September 11

As we approach the tenth anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, we at AECOM join people around the world in remembering those who were lost a decade ago. The events of 9/11 forever changed the world in which we live. While the attacks occurred in the United States, the nearly 3,000 men, women and children who were killed included citizens from more than 80 other countries. It is a tragedy that truly touched all of us be it directly or indirectly. The tenth anniversary of 9/11 also serves as a reminder of how fortunate we were to have all of our colleagues who were in the World Trade Center, along with all of our colleagues who were working in the Pentagon, evacuate safely that day. We are thankful for everyone who survived the attacks, and we continue to share the grief of all those who suffered a loss. Immediately after 9/11, AECOM companies and our employees were asked to participate in recovery and rebuilding efforts. Over the past 10 years, many of our colleagues have contributed their expertise in support of these efforts. Today, the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site is well underway, and we are tremendously proud to be part of the rising of the new World Trade Center, including our work at One World Trade Center, 3 World Trade Center, 4 World Trade Center and 7 World Trade Center as well as the sites transportation hub, vehicle security center and retail component, and the comprehensive site and streetscape design for the World Trade Center district. We are also the lead cost consultants on the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. And we also contributed to the repair project at the Pentagon, which our employees completed in 2002, and the Pentagon renovation project, which our staff completed earlier this year. While dedication and commitment to our clients and their projects have always been embedded in our culture, these projects are among those that stand out due to their significance, emotional connection and societal impact. We are thankful for the opportunity to support 9/11 rebuilding efforts, and we are proud of the contributions of AECOM people over the past decade and going forward. As the world pauses to remember 9/11, we join our colleagues, our clients, our families and our friends in remembering those who were lost. They are in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely,
