DOPPLER STUDY : Both the common carotids, extracranial parts of internal and external carotids show normal inflow velocity. There is a uniform laminar flow. No evidence of turbulence, bidirectional flow or spectral broadening seen. Both vertebral arteries are normal.

VENOUS DOPPLER - BOTH LOWER LIMBS SKDP Both common femoral, superficial femoral and popliteal veins are normal in calibre and show normal compressibility with spontaneous flow, respiratory phasicity and augmentation of flow on distal compression. Great saphenous vein and sapheno femoral junction on both sides appear normal. No evidence of reflux across either sapheno femoral junction. Anterior and posterior tibial veins on both sides are of normal calibre and show flow within on distal compression.

VENOUS ONE LIMB SKDP common femoral, superficial femoral and popliteal veins are normal in calibre and show normal compressibility with spontaneous flow, respiratory phasicity and augmentation of flow on distal compression. Great saphenous vein and sapheno femoral junction appear normal. No evidence of reflux across the sapheno femoral junction. Anterior tibial and posterior tibial veins are of normal calibre and show flow within on distal compression.

TRANSPLANT KIDNEY : 'B' MODE : Transplant kidney is normal in size and echogenicity. Cortical thickness is normal. Corticomedullary differentiation is normal. Sinus texture is normal. No evidence of perinephric or paravesical collection. Transplant Kidney measures : x mm. Cortical thickness is mm
